Villa Paradis ★★★★

"Used to traveling alone, I book 2 nights by phone. Arriving there, I add 1 additional night. No worries, there is availability. 1st night without problem, 2nd night cockroaches running in the bathroom... I get rid of them but don't sleep at night. The next day, I reported it, they seemed very surprised and I was offered a room upstairs with a sea view. The evacuations being the same, I refused and preferred to leave after 2 nights. To my great surprise, I was still billed for the 3rd night, and what's more, at the price of €160... an amount which had never been communicated to me. After many and many exchanges, the night "drops" to 100 € and I hear "It's like that and it's not otherwise!!!" Advice, which we inform you in writing in this Establishment. I then knew that it was not the first time (rooms 4 and 5 are affected after the rains). The manager showed obvious bad faith and was not considering any financial gesture. On the contrary, you are penalized a second time by charging you for one night even though you did not sleep there! And I thought that I was going to be given breakfast as a gift... at €18 anyway and to be added to the price of the room!!! I do not recommend at all."
