3 night stay. Food in restaurant was very oily but breakfast was fine. Room itself was good but the bathroom was small , smelly and unclean - totally outdated and badly in need of renovation. No mini-fridge.

Great experience we had a comfortable stay at Deep Residency, delicious food, dining options good service and nice ambience, smiling faces all around from security to front desk and service team. Good location, nearby market on delhi dehradun highway. must recommended hotel in Roorkee. Keep up the good work.

The room no 211 was too stinky. It was so smelly that it lead to headache. The staff admitted the fault but didn't do anything to rectify it other than spraying the room freshner which further worsened the smell

Not great room is below average toilets are not clean food is good tastes nice overall lacking in cleanliness and facilities

Good location, good food and very cordial staff. Bathroom fittings are really old and need renewal.

Toilet condition not good door lock condition not good seat was damaged so request you to improve this type of facilities so that guest think to re-booking in this hotel. Thanks
