Very mixedexperience in this property. On the plus side, it’s a great space with plenty of beds for large families and groups. It has most things you need and all in walking distance from the centre. Lots of nice restaurants nearby. However, the Negatives outweighs the pluses, on this occasion. In summary they were:
-being told the wrong pickup terminal for transport from airport. Elderly family member with physical disability had to walk for 15 mins to get to taxi. No apology. This is unacceptable.
- extremely noisy location at the weekend. Nobody could sleep for 3 nights.
-dirty glasses in press on arrival. All had to be rinsed before use.
- the lady who ‘welcomed’ us scolded us within the first 5 minutes for leaving a light on in a bedroom complaining that we were wasting electricity (we just turned it on to have a look at the beds!! This was very strange considerin we were paying almost 2000 for the property)
- old memory foam pillows that contained huge lumps and bumps .. each pillow had disintegrated into pieces . Time for the company to buy new ones.
- even though we left the apartment in a spotless condition and even *****ped the beds and brushed the floor ..I got a strange and accusatory message with a photo of an old broken Mokka pot asking what we had done to it? We don’t drink mokka. It obviously wasn’t us. When this was pointed out, there was Still no apology .. bizarre. Customer service in FlatInRome needs all round improvement. You can do better guys.
