Sehr gute Lage des Hotels, Busstation vor der Haustüre, alles sehr gut fussläufig erreichbar. Das Personal war äusserst nett und zuvorkommend. Das Zimmer und das Badzimmer waren sehr sauber, das Bett sehr bequem. Das Frühstücksbuffet war ausreichend, der Kaffee naja. Die Teppiche auf den Treppen und im Flur wirken wenig einladend (total verschmutzt). Alles in Allem ein sehr gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis.

Personal freundlich, alles sauber, aber der Stuck fällt von den Decken, die Badewanne ist (schlecht) lackiert - vermutlich mit der Rolle. Frühstück auch OK, Lage super. Alles in allem paßt der Preis nicht zu einem sehr renovierungsbedürftigen Haus.

Sehr freundliches Personal!! Vielen Dank!! Zimmer ist sauber, hell, es gibt einen Kühlschrank mit Minibar, großes Fenster mit einem sehr schönen Stadtblick!! Ich empfehle gerne dieses Hotel weiter!! Auf dem 5. Etage gibt es Terrasse, die 24 Stunden geöffnet ist , und man kann schönes Bild auf Stadt genießen! 😍

Super zentrale Lage, sodass man viele Sehenswürdigkeiten zu Fuß erreicht; Bushaltestelle vorm Haus; sehr umfangreiches Frühstück! Zimmer sehr sauber; das Personal super freundlich, hilft und man fühlt sich gleich herzlich willkommen;

Das Hotel hat eine sehr gute Lage, vieles ist zu Fuß erreichbar. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich, alles ist sauber, das Frühstück ist sehr gut. Airport /Hotel Transfair hin und zurück hat sehr gut geklappt. Wir würden das Hotel wieder buchen und freuen uns schon auf das nächste Mal.

Room from the street are very noisy. Basicaly you are not able to sleep. Rooms from other side are OK, quite and comfortable but not nosie proof. There was a child oposit our doors crying each say in the morning for aprox 1 hour and you felt like this child was in your bed. Dont get me wrong I have child on my own and it is normal that children cry but thoae hotel doors are making not isolation ar all. Hotel has a great localtion. Litteraly you are in city centre with walking distance to main atractions with lots of restaurants around. Hotel location is the biggest advantagebof the hotel. Staff is friendly and helpfukl

The hotel is central, you can walk within 30 minutes to most attractions, the bus stop was outside if needed. The breakfast was fantastic, lots of different options to choose from, hot and cold. I travelled with my son and requested a twin room which they accommodated. The room was very large, had a big bathroom and clean, lots of towels and toiletries. Tea and coffee facilities although there was no milk. The only downside to the room was that we were overlooking the main road, it was very noisy, through people, traffic and sirens.

Location- was able to walk to Colosseum in ＜30 min, St Peters in about 35min, Pantheon/Campo Fiori/ Pantheon about 10min . If you want to use metro, there is not a close by stop, but buses do stop out front . That being said, it is on a main road and our room faced the street, even with the windows shut tight, could hear rowdy people on Saturday night on street and the police/ambulance sirens. Staff at front desk were helpful with any questions and able to arrange departure taxi. Room- it is Europe and Rome , so yes on small side , but we were mostly out and about so no concern. Bathroom modern. There is rooftop terrace with some seating that we sat at a couple of times . We had breakfast with our room and the breakfast room had plenty of seating, and a nice variety, did not get bored by the options .

I wouldn't discourage anyone from staying here but I also wouldn't recommend it. Pros: It's clean and the staff is friendly and helpful. The rooms are clean. It's walking distance to Piazza Navona and the Colosseum. There is a convenience store right next door to buy water and snacks. Cons: The rooms are small. There's a busy bus stop right out front so you have to push through a crowd to get in the door. The immediate surroundings are quite busy and it's not adjacent to any cafes or restaurants. I just think we could have found a more picturesque location to stay and I wouldn't come back here for that reason.
