La stanza è pulita, le persone sono molto accogliente, colazione buona!
Il hotel è antico ma hanno curato bene, dentro il bagno della stanza trova il spazzolino da denti, dentifricio, sapone, eccetera. Non c'è il mini bar. La notte è molto silenziosa.
La zona vicino al Università, ci sono i ristoranti, bar, supermercati, molto facile da aggiungere anche al l'autobus, metro.
Ottimo qualità- prezzo, vi consiglio!

Das Hotel ist sehr schön und sehr sauber. Die Mitarbeiter das freundlichste, was wir bei ca. 70 Besuchen in Rom erlebt haben. Da nicht sehr touristisch, isst man in dieser Region auch noch Klasse. Trotz des Lärms der Jugend ist schlafen sehr gut möglich, da kein Auto oder Busverkehr rund ums Haus. Busanbindung in die Innenstadt max. 5 min zu Fuss, einfach perfekt.

Das Hotel ist schön,in einer gute Lage neben Hauptbahnhof Termini. Du kannst mit dem Bus sehr schnell in Zentrum Rom ankommen. Frühstück ist ausreichend aber nicht so eine große Wahl. Zimmer... Es gibt schönen und nicht so schönen Zimmern, in Badezimmer muss eigentlich viel Renoviert werden. Sauberkeit - so und so.

Moin, insgesamt ein sehr angenehmes Hotel in halbwegs zentraler Lage, der Bahnhof mit allen weiteren Verbindungsmöglichkeiten ist ca. 15 Gehminuten entfernt. Zimmer top, hervorzuheben ist das vielfältige Frühstück in toller Atmosphäre. Preis-Leistung absolut empfehlenswert

The most irresponsible and the worst management! From the first day the doors of shower cabin was not working properly and while taking a shower one of the doors broken down and thousands of glasses fallen into my body. Luckily the ambulance came soon and take me to the hospital. After the accident they didn't even offer us another room and the room was not cleaned properly. All the floor was in glasses and blood marks till the end of our stay. I wrote to the manager (info@hotellaurentia.com ) but they ignored my massages and didn't answer to any of my emails, we didn't get any apology from the them after all. They only gave a partial refund two weeks later because of my continuous calls to the reception. (only the front desk guys were helpful, thank you Alberto and Leandro). I strongly don't recommend the hotel.

The hotel has a very good location, being isolated by the traffic. That means not only silence but also more clean air. Near the hotel, there are supermarkets and restaurants. The bus stop is close to the hotel and the connections with the central area of the city. The rooms are medium size, with a big bathroom. The rooms are simple in terms of endowment, and the furniture is a little old. The rooms are clean, and the clean services are daily. The breakfast is very good.

The warmest of welcomes from the Concierge set the tone for a most enjoyable stay at the Hotel Laurentia. My room was bright, clean and spacious and the bed was super-comfortable. Breakfast each morning was enjoyed and appreciated. The hotel is an easy walk from Termini train station or about €11 by taxi and is well located for exploring the wonderful city of Rome. I'll be back to Rome and back to the Hotel Laurentia.

This hitel was all we expected for this price range and more. It was so clean- i usually dont notice such things, bit in this case it was clean like i’ve never seen before- not even in 5stars hotels you dont get a bathroom spottles. And we loved the breakfast, all things were bought in storz or pastry, so the products were really tasty. The breakfast staff was amazing, so quick, professional and helpful. Also the front desk, always calm and welcoming. We had z room with z view on San Lorenzo square and it was really great, we could just sink in the Roman atmosphere (partying at the square megically transforms into market during the day). I would definetly go there again.

The hotel staff were super friendly and helpful. There are soooo many dining options within 200m of the hotel. Would definitely stay there again.
