Sehr gute Lage des Hotels. Seltsame Haltung gegenüber Bewohnern. Die Bitte um ein Glas heißes Wasser wurde abgelehnt. Foi combinado por E-mail, um horário específico para chekin, ao chegar no local, o atendente foi rude ao explicar que não iria fazer o chek-in no horário específico, queria cobrar outra diária, por basicamente 12 horas, nem sequer nos deixou ficar nas instalações até o horário. Voltamos depois para fazer o check- in e nem sequer olhou para nós ou nos comprimentou, achei um descaso e desrespeito total da parte do hotel, éramos clientes, tínhamos a reserva paga, depois ficamos mau por estar lá

I have rarely seen in my life, such a miserable hotel....A wh***rehouse, sorry for this language but when we saw it, we were shocked ! This is not a hotel but a hostel ! I don't know how and who gave them 2 stars ? It's old, expensive for nothing, with very tiny rooms, extremely noisy with homeless drank people in front of the main entry ! A horror ! I DO NOT RECOMMEND this kinda a hotel. Some rooms have been sold with balcony ? Are u serious ? The balcony was like 1m², it was incredibly small. The manager was very rude and when we have explained to him that we didn't pay for this, he said ' If you don't like it, feel free to leave ". I am sorry ???? Are you serious to talk like this to Customers ? I have never seen this before, I have several reviews as I am travelling a lot, but something so horrible I have never seen. If you want to feel very bad emotions with lots of disappointment, go on, but you were warned

We were on a school trip and I would not recommend this hotel for school groups or anyone traveling with children. It's ok if you're adults and you're only looking for a fairly cheap place to sleep. Pros: Location near Termini train and metro station, the rooms were clean enough. Cons: The rooms were tiny and you could hear all the noice coming from the rooms next door and the busy streets outside. The staff is unfriendly and not very helpful and every morning there were problems with the breakfast times we had scheduled. Some rooms had some humidity issues and smelled like a basement. Outside the hotel the street felt pretty unsafe, there was a lot going on every evening and night. We also got the impression that some rooms were cleaned better than the others and those that were not cleaned so well might have got dirty towels and sheets.

I am very sorry for writing only now. It was such a bad hotel that I will never forget those days. It was so dirty , so cold and the staff was so unwelcoming. But all these are nothing compared to what happened on the last day. One of the staff members hid his mobile and blamed us in robbing it. He thought we would be frightened and would pay him, but it remained only a dream for him. I made him tell where his mobile was. I decided to tell about because iI read the previous reviews and understood that they do it all the time with everybody. I am very sorry that I didn’t write it earlier. It would prevent others from being in that situation. I am sure that we are not the only clients that experienced it. Please response and help orhers. Make them close .

It’s not a hotel, but something like a bad dormitory without any conditions for staying there. It was a small room which was planned for 4 people , but 2 people could hardly move there. I recommended my tourists to go there and it was a great mistake. I want to warn everyone to avoid going to this hotel, because the staff of that hotel consists of a group of robbers and fraudulent people. It was too cold in the room, you pay for breakfast but there is nothing to it. A group of drunken people surround the hotel every evening and drink every night. So if you decide to choose this hotel be ready to be robbed.

I did a great mistake choosing this hotel. The staff consists of such fraudulent people whose aim is only robbing their clients. One of the staff members blamed us in robbing his mobile, but he had hidden it in the toilet. I have just read the previous reviews and saw that it is their style of earning money. Please avoid being robbed by them and don’t go there. Make them close their hotel which is not even a hotel. It can be famous for being dirty, noisy, and robbery

The worst holiday and journey I have ever had due to the fraudulent staff. They tried to get money for the city tax for twice cheating that we hadn’t paid before, but we had paid for it for the first day we arrived. They tried to blame us in robbery as if we had taken their mobile, but they had hidden it in the toilet. I read the previous reviews and understood that I am not the only one who they tried to rob. The hotel was dirty, from the word breakfast you could find only the letter B , there was nothing to it. The staff if they could be called staff are very far from being called people. I wrote this review to prevent you from having t to the worst vacation and not being disappointed with all the Italians because of these inhumanes
