Avoided this place!!! Who raited this hotel as 3*???? Are you serious??? Almost everything is broken, rooms like closets, showe cabin even smaller - if you are 7f- forget about it! In you room at 4 floor can hear everything what happened on 1 floor.

Great location. Reception was great. Room was clean. The room needs some attention. Door trim fell off and bathroom was missing a piece of trim completely so inside struts and insulation exposed. The place is old but these items could be fixed.

The reason why I put average is because they said they have breakfast there and there is nothing there to eat not even coffee in the morning. Otherwise the staff was excellent and the property is clean.

This was a perfect location for our visit to Rome—easily walkable from the train station and close to all the major sites. The hotel was clean and seemed to be recently updated. Check in was easy.

Good location, and the place was recently renovated. Room is small, bed is low to ground and not the most comfortable. It is in a convenient location, close to many restaurants and a metro station.

Very clean hotel. They do have an elevator. Nice shower, big towels. They have a rooftop area for breakfast but didn't use. They helped us booked a taxi to go to the Vatican. Taxis here very inexpensive. Brought us a teapot to our room with bottled water. Can walk from the train station to hotel

Conveniently located near many eateries, the main train station, two major subway lines and bus stops. It's a quaint property, with a comfortable bed, good lighting and power. They also have a rooftop/outdoor space to sit. The breakfast room was not available while we visited since it was under renovation. However, the room was quite small. There was barely space to unpack two suitcases. The shower was extremely tight - About 2ft x 2ft with a lower than standard showerhead, which made it really uncomfortable for my husband who is 6ft 2 and needed to crouch in a very small space. There was no caddy or rack to place any of your toiletries in the shower so you either had to hold on to it, or leave it on the floor, which made for very awkward maneuvering in a tight space. The safe and the heated towel rods weren't working either. Although to be fair, we didn't follow up to see if they could be fixed. We spent 3 nights there, and spent most of our time outside, so we managed alright. But I wouldn't stay here again.
