Hotel Martini

The room was very spacious and clean. The bed was super comfortable and soft pillows. The bathroom was very clean and open with big windows! Nice shower, the only downside is that it lets all the water out! Apart from that, highly recommend it

The manager was very helpful. We had accidently broke the table glass and after we infomed the manager he was courteous enough to clean the room and not charge us extra. We also wanted the beds to be arranged in a different alignment and was done. We had a pleasant say as the room was clean and tidy.

Nice hotel in Rome! Very good place! Very good location, near the metro station! Also, with many shops, restaurants and cafes in this area! Very polite staff! Very peaceful environment!! We had lovely holidays here the days we stayed in Rome!

The hotel is terrible, if you even can call it as a hotel.. The room didnt comply to what is stated in the reservation, completely different from pictures, VERY old and very DIRTY. The room was terrible - dirty, stinky, all the sheets were full of other people hair, towels were dirty (with brown spots) and smelly, I couldnt even use them. Bed is very uncomfortable, outdated mattress. Room is very small and the bathroom is tiny, dirty and stinky. It is also very noisy from the outside. We even got bitten by some bed insects. We asked to change the sheets and towels, but even after the change it was still dirty and with hair. The owner was arguing with us and offered to bring the sheets and that we change them on our own 😀 We decided to move out to other hotel. According to the reservation policy, cancelation fee is 1 night cost, but the owner didnt refund us at all! When we tried to manage the situation he was shouting at us and told us to take our luggage and get away. I’ve asked for the refund through reservation web, but the hotel refused.

Hotel Martini is a small hotel on the 4th floor of the building. The room is a good size with plenty of plug points although the bathroom could be considered a bit small. Breakfast was limited but enough to set us up till lunchtime. Location was fantastic and easy walks to all the main attractions. Staff where very helpful and accomodating. There is an excellent bar downstairs with live music and we always stopped back for a drink at night (music could not be heard in the hotel)

LAS HABITACIONES ESTÁN MUY BIEN. BAÑOS NUEVOS. BUENA LOCALIZACIÓN CUARTA PLANTA SIN ASCENSOR!!!, LLEVA MESES FUERA DE SERVICIO, Y TE LO COMUNICAN EL DÍA ANTERIOR A LLEGAR .DESAYUNO ESCASO. NADA DE EMBUTIDO NI FRUTA, EL ÚLTIMO DÍA NOS PUSIERON UNAS MANZANAS.
