The balcony was dusty, shower had limescale and the flush in the toilet was not functioning properly.

I had a pleasant stay here. There are lots of cafes and good restaurants nearby.

The location of the hotel is very good! The service is good too, a map will be given to you and a guy will explain to you about how to get to the landmark in rome. The breakfast provided is great, delivery to your room and the coffee is sooo good!

Very kind receptions and service. Room is clean.

Good price and close enough to the main train station (Termini Station).

The hotel is good for living and the service is very good. People in the hotel all are very nice.

Отель маленький. Номер чистый. Полотенца меняли каждый день. Расположен в пешей доступности от 3-х станций метро. Нет лифта, этажи высокие. Дверь входная закрыта. Звонок. Долго приходится ждать, чтобы открыли дверь, иногда - открывают окно и кричат сверху, если дверь не открывается. Вокруг - ощущение захолустья. Служащие на ресепшене доброжелательные, готовы помочь, всегда консультируют о способах передвижения, дают карты. Говорят по-английски.

L'hotel si trova a dieci minuti con la metro da Roma Termini in zona tranquilla e silenziosa ma super comoda da raggiungere con i mezzi. Nei dintorni negozi, bar ,farmacie, ristoranti....Il personale e' cordiale e disponibile, colazione buona e abbondante . Mi hanno colpita la pulizia e il comfort delle camera, con tutto il necessario per riposare dopo il tour de force per chi come noi ha visitato Roma in soli 3 giorni. Ci ritorneremo, lo consiglio!

Very dirty place, the shower was moldy, rooms not soundproof, really small and claustrophobic. Unpleasant smell everywhere. Never coming back

the hotel is on the outskirt of the main city, about 15 mins walk to the underground and then a short ride to the the main part of rome, it was only a short ride and paid 1.5 euros there and on way back, works the same way as london, swipe card for each way of destination easy peesy. the hotel is very basic, double room and bathroom which contains a shower and hairdryer, there is a tv which shows only italian channels but tbf was not in the room long enough to watch it. there is also a mini fridge in the room for you to fill up as desired .the bedroom was very dated and looked like it could of done with a good clean there is an option to have breakfast for 5 euros per person, again very basic, croissants, jam, butter, cereal, yogurts, tea and coffee. i personally wouldn't go here again as it was quite loud outside in the local bars and the first night we had to move rooms because of the noise from the young locals but the hotel staff were very helpful and moved us the following day to a room at the back of the hotel , all the staff were very helpful and polite. i would however pay the extra for perhaps a 4 star next time.

Bad: - Rooms are VERY small. Could barely move around. - Walls are paper thin. If the receptionist coughed, we heard it. The whole floor is very small and the rooms are right next to reception/coffee area. So at 7 am, you can hear the coffee machine being cleaned. - Beds are hard as rocks, really uncomfortable. Good: - Receptionist there all night, we checked in late. - A few restaurants nearby to eat something - Building has secure entrance with buzzer so feels safe - Didn't see any bugs

L hotel si trova in una posizione molto comoda, peccato che la pulizia della camera era estremamente superficiale, e si vedevano segni di sporcizia. Dopo aver chiesto una pulizia approfondita, non si preoccupano né di un cambio stanza, né di pulirla. Dicono di avere la reception attiva h24 ma una volta raggiunte le 23:00 il ragazzo che la presiede si mette a dormire e non aprono più nessuno. Sono stato dalle 00:30 alle 2 a citofonare e chiamare per essere aperto, raggiunto l obiettivo di entrare in hotel ricevo risposte scontrose. Pessima esperienza, se potete evitate.

Ho alloggiato in questo hotel insieme alla mia famiglia. Hotel comodo alla stazione Tiburtina e alla metropolitana per raggiungere il centro della città. L hotel si trova all'interno di un palazzo. Personale abbastanza gentile. La camera dell'albergo non è molto bella e non troppo pulita. Abbiamo avuto problemi con l'acqua calda. Abbiamo soggiornato 5 notti e non abbiamo mai avuto l'acqua calda alla sera. Abbiamo segnalato il problema alla reception, hanno mandato un tecnico, ma alla sera il problema c era di nuovo. Non è piacevole tornare alla sera e dopo una giornata in giro per Roma non riuscire a farsi una doccia. Colazione scarsa, torte e biscotti confezionati. Solo colazione dolce, ho chiesto un toast per mia figlia e mi hanno detto che non l avevano. Com è possibile che in un albergo a 3 stelle non ci sia un tostapane....e del pane tostato da mangiare con la marmellata....!!!! Al momento del pagamento ci è stato fatto uno sconto per il disagio relativo all'acqua calda. Mi spiace ma non posso consigliare questa struttura.
