Hotel Elide

First night I had cozy room. The bed was about 20-30 cm away of the entrance door. Next day change the room and was very good. The breakfirst was disent.

MUY MAL HOTEL! DECEPCIONANTE. A pesar de ser muy viejo y sucio, la primera noche nos obligaron a cambiar a un hotel peor porque vendieron nuestra habitación. A la mañana siguiente fuimos al hotel elide y no tenían la habitación preparada. Al término de nuestra estancia nos obligaron a pagar la primera noche, a pesar de que no utilizamos la habitación. Le pedí al chico que me devolviese el importe de la primera y se negó. Además el desayuno lo hacíamos fuera, porque es pésimo. No lo recomiendo.

Rooms are basic but clean and have all the requirements needed for your stay, Very friendly helpful staff especially a young man called Emmanuel at the reception he went above a beyond to assist us and was extremely polite and caring. Excellent location within walking distance of the colosseum. Would recommend it to anyone visiting Rome.

Central location: near termini station easy axcess, we prefered walking, to all sights shops, restaurants, cafes and supermarkets nearby. Friendly, helpfull staff. Basic breakfast enough for starting the day. Nice slices of fresh baked pizza in the shop next also bread and croissants. Safe because opposite of a guarded ministry. Rooms with small fridge and water kettle nice to prepare coffee or tea. Quiet and safe street visited mostly by Italiens and the tourists staying there and in neighbour accomodations.

The room was very cold - no proper heating system just a portable radiator which I could not connect the first time as the plug next to my bed was broken. The AC did not work, the room was very dark and there was no hot water. 4G is not working, only close to the window and the WIFI connection is not stable. The Staff said there is no issue in the building and the heating starts at 8 PM (There is no radiator in the room at all)

Abbiamo prenotato mesi prima un weekend in questo Hotel, ma, per farla breve, al nostro arrivo non risultavamo neanche nella loro lista prenotazioni nonostante ci avessero scalato i soldi della prima notte il giorno prima (come da contratto). Nel momento in cui si sono resi conto che avevamo effettivamente prenotato (grazie al fatto che ho fatto vedere la fattura di prenotazione), ci hanno invitato a fare una passeggiata per Roma e tornare alle 14 per il check in. Nel mentre, non rispettando il contratto che prevedeva che la restante parte di soldi andava pagata in struttura il giorno della partenza, mentre stiamo visitando Roma, pochi minuti dopo il disguido in Hotel, ci vengono addebitati tutti i restanti soldi (che dovevamo versare alla struttura) dalla carta. Tornati in albergo, ci viene detto che siamo stati trasferiti senza il nostro consenso in un Hotel in condizioni igieniche pari a 0. Ci volevano anche far pagare la tassa di soggiorno (che da contratto era inclusa nel prezzo). Avrei dovuto interpellare le forze dell'ordine, ma ci siamo fatti fregare dal fatto che ormai, non sapevamo piu dove andare. Sembra un giochetto fatto apposta, dove si prenota all'Hotel Elide attirati dalle belle foto, dalla posizione e dal prezzo conveniente e si viene spostati in altre strutture piu fatiscenti. Io ho avuto una forte crisi allergica, avrei potuto denunciarli (l'Hotel Elide). Ci sono altre recensioni qui su Tripadvisor che raccontano della medesima esperienza.

Nunca fui tao desrespeitado em toda minha vida como fui agora pelo recepcionista de hotel. perdi minha bolsa aqui, mesmo se nao a perdi, tudo bem. todo mundo perde algo mas sua atitude arrogante esta me constrangindo muito.

Questo Hotel ha tutto quello che serve per un piacevole soggiorno a Roma: posizione comodissima vicino alla stazione Termini, prezzi vantaggiosi, buona colazione e uno staff eccezionalmente gentile e disponibile. Consigliatissimo.

Idéalement située nous avons pu tout faire à pied , Petite chambre d'hôtel donnant sur une cour privative en contre bas. Il y a l'essentiel un lit une armoire un bureau un petit frigo ( pas très silencieux) et un télévision en italien forcement. ( Netflix ne marchait pas et le câble HDMI non plus mais il me semble que les Chromecast auraient pu ) . Plus la petite salle de bain douche bidet WC lavabo.la Vmc ( qui fait aussi du bruit mais ce qui la rend efficace je suppose du coup , est allumée dès qu'on allume la lumière de la salle de bain ) . La chambre était très propre et le ménage fait chaque jour . Cependant nous avons eu du bruit dans les parties communes et la ventilation permanente ou presque de la cour . Bruit très supportable. On s'y habitue. Le lit pour moi manquait de confort avec une légère odeur de je ne sais quoi ( je suis enceinte possible que ce soit cela ) . Mon mari lui a adoré la fermeté du lit et n'a trouvé aucune odeur . Pas de rideaux a la fenêtre mais une vitre sans vis à a vis.( prenez un masque de nuit ). Bref. Séjour d'une semaine agréable dans l'ensemble excellent rapport qualité prix. Le personnel est très agréable faisant l'effort de parler le français pour nous guider. Un remerciement particulier au gardien de nuit qui nous a beaucoup aidé avec les ouvertures des portes un peu difficiles et le conseil du restaurant à notre arrivée. De plus à la demande, l'hôtel vous réserve un taxi de l'aéroport à l'hôtel et vis et versa.ce qui est très pratique.
