Great Location and Very nice Stay. The staff is very small however very professional and friendly. They make you feel as if your at home. I consider this the best place I've stayed. Vincenzo and Vera are the best. Walking distance from everything. A++++

Was made to feel unwelcome I booked a twin bed room for my friend and I. Then was informed there were only doubles left. I said well I could book another right now if I go on you website , it’s on your system that there are twins left? He said that’s all there is available I’d spent hours picking the right area and hotel. After a few days I was informed there was a twin available .. which was good This was our first trip to Rome and thinking one of us would have to sleep in the floor cause some stress. When we arrived the owner came down and said “ you caused so much trouble ‘ that I was a problem !!!! Not a welcome I’d like when paying to stay at your hotel. Like it was my fault !!!! Rome was nice but lower than ground level felt oppressive didn’t feel safe .. Rome is amazing but wouldn’t stay here again Be careful when you book that the room you are booking is actually available !!

I can't fault this hotel, it was a wonderful stay from start to finish. Thank you Vera for hosting us! - great location just a short scenic walk across the beautiful Ponte Sant'Angelo to Castel Sant'Angelo and St Peter's Basilica - convenient for the Sunday Papal Angelus. It's not the touristic centre, which is a 15-20min walk away, and across town from Termini which is a 40min walk, but convenient for us wanting to head into Vatican City, and extremely quiet. - easy to find, I followed directions from another review. It's a big metal gate and you can buzz to be asked in, and we were given a room electronic key card and a gate key to let ourselves in. We left our bags in the breakfast room on our last day and were given just the gate keys to let ourselves in to collect the luggage. Super convenient. - VERY quiet. Our room faced the non-road side with a window looking out onto the courtyard below and the night was dead quiet on a June weekend. I slept like the dead! - great hosting - Vera's advice was so helpful and saved our lives on more than one occasion with her tips and tricks, particularly her tip about the underground electric walkway from Spanish Steps towards Villa Borghese which saved us a very hot noonday walk! I felt very well taken care of and welcomed. - delicious Roman breakfast from 8-10am of tasty pastries (mm, chocolate-filled croissants), a selection of teas - essential for Brits - and toast, salami, cheese, coffee, cereals, yoghurts etc in the cute breakfast room, which set us up excellently for the day - cleaned every day, fresh linens towels and toiletries, overall very clean. The bathroom was a little worn with a basic shower curtain over a bathtub but clean and serviceable, with good hot water. - strong AC, I slept very well despite the boiling June temperatures - incredibly affordable for Rome centre, the room felt spacious for what it was, with a double bed, table, two chairs, and a single bed, plus mini-fridge and en suite bathroom. The decor is kitschy Rome vibes with yellow fabric wallpaper but I enjoyed it!

Cet hébergement a été choisi grâce à son prix, sa situation et surtout à ses avis positifs. Malheureusement ce fut une énorme déception car nos 2 chambres situées au sous sol étaient sombres, très humides avec des murs et un plafond tachés de nombreuses moisissures. Pour chasser les mauvaises odeurs, il nous était en plus compliqué d'ouvrir la fenêtre car elle donnait au ras du trottoir d'une rue très passagère. Par ailleurs, la salle du petit déjeuner était tellement petite ( 3 tables seulement !), que nous ne pouvions pas le prendre en famille (5 personnes) ! En revanche, rien à dire sur l'accueil et la gentillesse du personnel. Franchement, nous ne sommes pas compliqués mais nous déconseillons cet hébergement.

Location ottima e personale discretamente gentile ma anche abbastanza assente. Sconsigliato se siete li per lavoro: scarsissima connessione internet, luce gialla ed è impossibile aprire la finestra perché si tratta di un semiscantinato. La stanza che mi hanno dato puzzava di muffa da non poterci dormire. Non lo consiglio.

Na chegada ao hotel, por conta do atraso do voo (Paris x Roma) chegamos um pouco tarde para fazer o check in e fomos recebidos de forma hostil e agressiva pelo proprietário do Hotel. Um senhor que manca de uma perna. Falou um monte e disse que o certa era não aceitar o check-in. Além disso, para nossa surpresa, o Hotel não tinha água quente no chuveiro. Tivemos que tomar banho frio por dois dias. Não recomendo essa experiência a ninguém! Lamentável e inacreditável!
