Staff are friendly and helpful. Nice rooms to stay with air conditioning on a hot summer day. Great location just next to the Spanish Steps and luxurious shopping. Nice and clean hotel.

Great location very close to Spanish Steps and Metro station.  Friendly staff and decent breakfast.  The hotel has bad sound insulation - you can literally hear people talking and flushing toilet from adjacent room or upstairs.  Not advisable for light sleeper.

Not professional with how to treat people at all. Location perfect.

Staff were very accomodating and friendly. The room was comfortable and hotel was very centrally located and within walking distance of most tourist attractions.

Great location, efficient speedy check-in. Super comfy mattress & pillows. Loved breakfast and gazing at the starry ceiling of the former chapel. John from the front desk provided excellent help for procuring a sim and lending me a charger. Breakfast was simple and delicious. Attentive service and good ambiance. I highly recommend this hotel for the friendly service and clean spacious room. Super quiet for resting and close to shopping galore and fountain, steps etc… would come again for sure!

沒有想到羅馬在週末的房間這麼緊張，衹訂到一天這個酒店。客房服務Ibrahim很好，在給我拿浴巾時候我們有交流彼此的國家和人文。前台Christin很喜歡我的小米，用我的美顏相機拍了很多自拍。還有一個菲律賓的前台也很好，兩人一起幫我把行李送上出租車。房間不大但是拖鞋抽紙都是有的。地段好。

前台小姐姐很熱情，酒店地理位置優越，離噴泉⛲️很近，緊挨着奢侈品一條街，步行幾分鐘就到了西班牙廣場了，很贊

Bon emplacement, mais l’hôtel souffre d’un problème d’humidité. Les couloirs sont peu accueillants, la chambre n’est pas insonorisée, et une serviette présentait une tache de sang. De plus, le petit-déjeuner n’était pas à la hauteur. Je ne comprends pas les bonnes évaluations générales de l’établissement, à 250 € la nuit, on s’attend clairement à mieux.

酒店門口環境挺好的，很温馨，就是年代有點久了房間隔音真的很差，半夜外面的關門聲非常清晰能聽到。

除了早餐，基本就是快捷酒店的水平。不是基礎房型，房間還非常小，不接受但也能理解。可是，備品很差，而且入住期間不補。連茶包都沒有，打掃衞生也很敷衍，不叫都不來的。酒店入口要走一段有台階的石子路，入住和退房都沒有人幫忙搬行李。位置還行，離西班牙階梯步行5分鐘以內，但同樣位置有很多選擇。早餐還可以。總之 不推薦
