AMAZING for my quick two-night stay. The room was spotless and very quiet despite being right on a busy street. Literally a 5 minute walk from the train station which was vital because I came directly from the airport and after my stay easily caught the train again to Civitavecchia for a cruise. 10-minute walk to the Vatican, I went TWICE. And you get a discount for delicious coffee and chocolate-filled croissants at the restaurant directly across the street for $2. About a 40-minute walk to the Colosseum or trevi fountain which was no issue for me. I felt very safe and comfortable. Thank you!!

We stayed in Rome before, but this location and lovely accommodation is absolutely perfect. The hosts are only a message away and always there to recommend places to eat and visit. Also very clean and with a full size kitchen. Great base for pretty much every attraction in Rome, most within walking distance. I’ll visit again!

Its proximity to the Vatican made it perfect for exploring the heart of papal Rome. Impero Vaticano Navona Apartment: This holiday home in the center of Baroque Rome was a delightful find. With its coffered ceilings and antique terracotta floors, it offered a historic yet comfortable atmosphere. Positioned near iconic landmarks like Castel Sant'Angelo, Piazza Navona, and Campo de' Fiori, it was an ideal base for city exploration. Impero Vaticano Suites Guest House: This newly renovated guest house in Via Catone was a blend of modern luxury and classic elegance. The attention to detail in the furnishings and finishes of its four rooms made my stay there truly memorable. Each property provided a unique window into the diverse flavors of Rome, from the historic Vatican area to the bustling heart of the city, all while ensuring comfort, style, and a warm welcome

Take my word, don't consider anywhere else. I've used this location 3 times, area is perfect, metro is less than 2 minutes, Vatican similar, everywhere else is 20 minutes walking. Restaurants within 1 or 2 minute walking distance.

Awesome place. The service is great. Location is very good. If you search for a b&b you should book this for sure. The place is clean and nice. I would definitely recommend this to anyone who visits rome.

Not as advertised. If you are looking for an O.K. BnB you may be satisfied. We were misled into believing we were booking a three star hotel. Not a reality. The room is not the size shown, the proprietor does not speak english, the location is the only thing going for it. One sink in the "deluxe suite" did not drain and wasn't fixed. The toilet seat was in danger of putting you on the floor. The "kitchen" is shared sort of. You can make instant coffee. I guess it's allergy free, who knows? Definitely not worth what I had to pay!!
