Spanish Diamond Luxury Suites & Jacuzzi

Lovely place to stay and would recommend to anyone. Very close to all the popular places you would want to visit and some lovely restaurants nearly. We found the staff very helpful and friendly especially Elena who was on hand to answer all our questions and small requests to put in our room. Bed very comfortable and room spacious and very clean. Clean towels daily. Only negative we would have would be to have a seperare ensuite bathroom rather than shower and toilet in the room. Very reasonably priced.

It’s better then the pictures!!! romantic getaway location perfect walking distance to Vatican, trevi, pantheon, restaurants, metro and shopping! Staff where so helpful and could text them for help when I was out in Rome. we stayed in the jucuzzi room and you won’t be disappointed! Clean, luxurious and the jucuzzi was amazing after walking around Rome all day! Such a treat and a wonderful find. Will always stay here! Highly recommend.

The room was perfect, best bed I've ever slept in and giant jacuzzi bath. Self-catering but we knew that going in. Staff were great and on hand when you needed them. Awesome, would definitely return. Book it!

Staff inospitale e scorbutico e quasi come se rispondere fosse un peso, ho pagato per un tipo di stanza e me ne è stata assegnata un altra con addirittura il lavabo davanti la porta , chiedo almeno la cortesia di avere uno shampoo e un balsamo ma mi rispondono come se fossi una minoranza…. In doccia c’è un flacone 10in1 (shampoo, balsamo, bagno schiuma e soprattutto condimento per insalate), inoltre i muri sono talmente fini che da dentro sento i respiri e conversazioni di altre persone (ottimo come intrattenimento), il personale in struttura é totalmente assente infatti per rientrare da un pranzo abbiamo atteso 20m fuori la struttura e siamo entrati grazie ad una coppia che usciva per caso. Che dire non consiglio per sfortuna loro che lavorando con portali e book non si faranno di certo una bella pubblicità. Non consigliglio e non consiglierò la struttura a chi vorrà prenotare un soggiorno a Roma! Chiamatemi rompi balle ma quando ci vuole ci vuole. Inhospitable and grumpy staff and almost as if answering were a burden, I paid for one type of room and I was assigned another one with even a sink in front of the door, I ask at least the courtesy of having a shampoo and conditioner but they answer me as if I were a minority…. In the shower there is a 10in1 bottle (shampoo, conditioner, bubble bath and above all salad dressing), furthermore the walls are so thin that from inside I can hear the breathing and conversations of other people (excellent for entertainment), the staff in the facility are totally absent in fact to return from lunch we waited 20m outside the structure and we entered thanks to a couple who came out by chance. What can I say? Unfortunately, I don't recommend them because by working with portals and books they certainly won't get good publicity. I do not and will not recommend the property to anyone who wants to book a stay in Rome! Call me a pain but when it's needed it's needed.

Mi sarebbe piaciuto andarci ma dopo la prenotazione non andava il pagamento su booking, ho così chiamato la struttura per chiedere e ci han detto che la prenotazione era confermata avrei dovuto pagare dopo la data della cancellazione gratuita senza problemi e eravamo certo di andarci. Poi giustamente booking ha cancellato la prenotazione per il mancato pagamento e la camera è stata assegnatari a altre persone 5 giorni prima di partire e la loro scortese giustificazione era che io, avrei cancellato la prenotazione di mia volontà. Io avrei cancellato la prenotazione e chiamo per lamentarmi della mia cancellazione volontaria. Cose fuori dal mondo!! Non fidatevi prima di rimanete a piedi!!!

Struttura molto bella , camera fantastica , pulita e posizione abbastanza buona . Unica cosa negativa , abbiamo avuto problemi con l’acqua calda , infatti non siamo riusciti ad usare la doccia poichè l’acqua era gelida. Peccato poteva essere perfetta . Ma nel complesso tt ok .
