Todo correcto. Muy amables, nuestra estancia fue muy agradable. Es un alojamiento sencillo pero cómodo.

Todo perfecto. Habitación limpia y desayuno con fruta y bollería. Está a unos 20-30 min del coliseo andando y sino hay una parada de metro cerca.

Der Aufenthalt ist einfach Mega schön gewesen. Der Hausherr ist sehr bemüht den Aufenthalt so angenehm wie möglich zu gestellten. Viele Tips für die Umgebung ein gelungenes Frühstück am Morgen. Einfach top. Der Standort ist etwas außerhalb aber man ist in ca. 10 Minuten am Colloseum. Ich würde in jedem Fall wieder buchen!!

Wir waren im Mai 2022 6 Tage in diesem B&B Meine lange Bewertung hat Tripadvisor nicht reingestellt, oder gelöscht, angeblich weil ich evtl. eine falschen Ort bewertet hätte !!??? Wir geben 4,25 Punkte Gut: Preis-/Leistung, ausreichendes, eher italienisches Frühstück im Garten (es war warm im Mai), Dach-Terasse unseres Zimmers um sich spätnachmittags da 1-2 Stunden vom Sightseeing auszuruhen Kleine Abstriche: - Außer Colosseum und Lateran-Palast + Kirche St. Giovanni zu weit von Altstadt um zu Fuß die Stadt zu erkunden - Dusche: Wasserstrahl etwas lahm, schwierig längere Haare zu waschen - Matratzen für uns (subjekltiv!) zu weich - Ein Sonnenschirm auf der Dach-Terasse wäre super

This is a really super B & B in a lovely, suburban area of Rome, in good walking distance of the City's fantastic sights. It is so well organised, and a great breakfast including a terrific cup of coffee, set us up for our full days of sightseeing. The attic room we stayed in was large and comfortable with a handy kitchenette and an outside terrace where we could sit with a glass of wine in the warmth of the Italian summer's evening. Absolutely recommend this wonderful place.

We spent a great time in Rom. The owner of the hostel is very kind. He gave us useful tips where to go. The place is calm, comfortable and clean. Bus and metro are close. The room was big and had even a small kitchen. Breakfast was OK. Only critics: I would have liked less sugar and less wrapped food for breakfast. Taken all together it was a great stay. Grazie!

St John Villa was a lovely bed & breakfast, within a 25 minute walk of the Colosseum and less than a 10 minute walk to San Giovanni metro. Vincenzo was a great host. There was a good selection for breakfast and our room was extremely clean and inviting. Our twin room had the added bonus of a lovely terrace & kitchenette too, with a fridge. If we are lucky enough to travel to Rome again, we will definitely book in at St John Villa again.

The breakfasts were great, can't fault anything. The owner is very nice and helpful. Rooms are just big enough for 2 people, clean and tidy. There was no problem. I would certainly recommend the accommodation to other people. The location of the accommodation is also great. Close to monuments and the bus and restaurants and shops too. Enjoyed the stay.

The location of this B+B is good, but the rooms are a bit old. The bathroom could do with being renovated. The mattresses are old and far too soft. St John’s Villa boasts a savoury breakfast, but limited to long-conversation bread and spreading cheese.
