非常推薦，就在鬥獸場附近。老闆人很好，還給我們送了小包裝的油和鹽，一定要住代廚房的房間，廚房的廚具一應俱全。在歐洲自己做一頓飯一個人可以省20歐元。歐洲行住過最滿意的房間。

不推薦，他是公寓改裝的，旁邊還住了一户人，客廳窗户對着他的陽台～他們來陽台露台抽煙，我們都能聽見～説話聊天都能聽見～此外，房間衞生太差了～就沒有人打掃倒垃圾換浴巾！熱水器是電熱的，洗完一個人下一個人要等～衞生間太小！浴巾臟到我都不敢用！唯一的好可能是離羅馬鬥獸場很近～就因為住宿太差，我把羅馬三天的行程縮短到兩天～再也不想來羅馬了～臟亂差，酒店也很差，比德國法國差了好多好多！不推薦這家住宿公寓！

Super Lage, gleich beim Kolosseum und Forum Romanum. Restaurant und Kaufmann usw. gleich nebenan. Auch ein E-bike Verleih ist in der Nähe. Rom ist zu Fuß von hier sehr gut zu erkunden. Das Apartment ist sehr sauber und ruhig. Das hilfsbereite, nette Personal ist englisch sprachlich unterwegs. Der Urlaub kann starten. Vielen Dank und immer gerne wieder.

Sehr schöne und stilvoll eingerichtete kleine Wohnung. Man merkt, dass die Eigner Innen- und Aussenarchitekten sind. Beim check-in wurde uns eine Quartierkarte mit den wichtigsten Infos ausgehändigt (Restaurants, Bars und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten). Wir haben uns auf das tägliche frische Croissant gefreut. Nespressomaschine ist vorhanden. Sehr zentral, nur 10min zu Fuss zum Kolosseum. Einziges Manko: Sehr hellhörig. Da wäre angebracht, den Familien mit Kindern mitzuteilen, dass die Kinder nicht herumrennen sollen. Es hört sich an wie eine Horde Elefanten. Der Fahrer Massimiliano unbedingt dazubuchen für den Transfer. Tiptop.

Perfekte Lage, sauber, personal mega freundlich, die Zimmer unglaublich schön und mit liebe dekoriert, in alles gedacht, jedes Detail. Gute große Zimmern, mit Frühstuck. Nespresso Kaffee Maschine. Ich war ein bisschen verwirrt mit so vielen Lichtschalter aber nicht schlimm, und wäre schön paar Haken für die Jacken zu haben.

My family and I arrived at this apartment for a week at the end of April 2025 from the moment we arrived the reception team and management were absolutely outstanding over the days that we stayed there genuine hospitality and kindness to my children and I was humbling they seriously couldn’t do enough my teenage children didn’t want to leave the apartment was super clean cosy warm welcoming the breakfast that was provided was too much fresh and delicious and the beds were super comfy it was a week that my children and I will never forget and the memories that we have of the apartment management and staff will always be with us thank you

The staff is very friendly and helpful. Our apartment was perfect for this short stay. The bed was comfortable and clean. The kitchen was well stocked. Very nice bathroom with a spa type shower. Great location, close to the collesium and public transportation.

My experience at Appartamenti Marco Aurelio 49 was absolutely amazing! The location is perfect, just a short walk from the Colosseum, making it ideal for exploring Rome on foot. From the moment I arrived, I was welcomed with great hospitality and kindness. The staff is incredibly helpful and goes above and beyond to ensure a perfect stay. A special thanks to Mary, who was always available and ready to assist with anything I needed. The apartments are spacious, well-equipped, and super comfortable, offering everything necessary for a great stay. Plus, the cleanliness and attention to detail are impeccable. If you're looking for a cozy, well-located place with outstanding service in Rome, Appartamenti Marco Aurelio 49 is the perfect choice! I will definitely stay here again on my next visit to the city.
