RomAntic Dreams Guest House

For breakfast we could order anything we wanted and it would be ready for us the next day in the kitchen/sitting area. Maya would take care of things and she was always ready to help also with other stuff than just taking care of breakfast. Our room was nice and big and had a view to the street and the theater laying just on the other side of the street. The cleaning of it was also a big thumbs up. The owners Gianni and Gabriella were also super nice people that did everything to make our stay feel great. They helped with whatever we asked them of. On top of it we also found out the the place actually is very well centered for everything. A lot of the stuff you want to see as a tourist is close by. All in all a very great stay and we were a little nervous when we arrived and really couldn't see any big sign for the place. But that was put to shame. If we ever come back to Rome we are gonna stay here for sure. :)

Very good location and friendly, responsive staff. Everything interesting is walking distance (if you like walking 10k per day). The proprietor is available for you as well and he prepared recommendations for the restaurants in the neighbourhood which we used and did not regret. Thanks a lot!

From the moment we booked, Gianni was happy to answer any questions. First time in Italy so was really appreciated. Easy check in. Staff helpful and friendly. Rooms immaculate, clean and modern. 5 mins walk fro metro. No complaints whatsoever and will be back

It was pleasure to stay in this place, perfect location ( 5 minutes to the metro station) . The room is decorated in modern style and with everything needed for the comfortable stay. It was very clean. Lovely kitchen that make you feel like you almost at home. And the owner Giani is very helpful and kind person, he advises about place to visit! Highly recommended, if you are searching for warm and cosy place in Rome💜

Siamo stati in questo b&b per due notti il 19 e 20 agosto 2024.Che dire ECCEZIONALE. Camere pulite perfettamente in ordine. Il gestore Gianni cordiale e disponibile sin da subito. Peccato non averlo conosciuto di persona mi avrebbe fatto piacere. Se dovessi ritornare a Roma sicuramente non esiterei a prenotare questa struttura. Consigliatissimo per coloro che amano la tranquillità. Ben posizionato per raggiungere il centro di Roma in metro. COMPLIMENTI ALLO STAFF!!!

Abbiamo trascorso un piacevolissimo week end presso il b&b , gestito da Gianni con la preziosa collaborazione di Fabiana . E' stato tutto perfetto. Struttura pulita, dotata di ogni comfort, e ubicata in posizione perfetta per muoversi sia con la metro che con il bus. Sarà il mio punto di riferimento per il prossimo soggiorno a Roma . Essendo agente di viaggio ,inoltre, lo consiglierò ai miei clienti. Gianni e Fabiana , sin dal primo contatto telefonico si sono dimostrati cordiali , gentili e avendoli conosciuti di persona sono estremamente simpatici. Alla prossima. È stata una esperienza meravigliosamente incredibile. sono venuto con amici e abbiamo trascorso una splendida vacanza in un guest House elegantissimo e molto raffinato.non vediamo l'ora di ritornare e rimanete per tanto giorni.qualita, accoglienza,pulizia, tutto impeccabile.

Ho alloggiato in questa struttura per solo una notte, mi è bastata per dire che è fantastica! Zona perfetta e ben fornita, una delle migliori di Roma, comoda, a pochi passi dalla stazione Tuscolana che ha collegamento diretto con l'aeroporto di Fiumicino e dalla metro Re di Roma per arrivare in centro. L'accoglienza e disponibilità di Gianni sono state indescrivibili, gentile ed ospitale mi ha fatto sentire subito a casa. Facile accesso all'abitazione, in cui si trova tutto ciò di cui si ha bisogno. Indicazioni chiare, struttura impeccabile. Se dovessi consigliare una struttura, consiglierei sicuramente di alloggiare da Gianni! Tornerò molto volentieri, grazie!
