ホテル自体は新しくはなかったですが、
とても良い接客で終始楽しかったです。

Es war ein toller Aufenthalt! Das Hotel ist sehr gut und zentral gelegen, in wenigen Minuten ist man beim Plaza Reppublika von dem die Metro fährt. Bushaltestellen ist auch direkt vor der Haustür. Wenn man lieber zu Fuß läuft ist man z.B beim Trevi Brunnen oder Kolosseum in ca. 20-25 Minuten. Das Hotel ist in einem schicken, altmodischen Stil eingerichtet und es passt toll zu dem alten Gebäude in dem es sich befindet. Das Frühstück war auch gut und es war alles da, was man benötigt. Es ist ein keines, charmantes Hotel im Zentrum. Wir hatten das große Glück ein Upgrade zu erhalten und durften in den nebenanliegenden Appartement wohnen. Das war absolut toll! Hier gibt es zwei Schlafzimmer mit separaten Bädern und einen großen Küche, so konnten wir am Abend auch mal zuhause kochen. Das Hotel ist absolut zu empfehlen, alle sind sehr nett und die Lage ist echt super.

Das Apartment war schön eingerichtet und sauber. Man hatte alles was man benötigt (Kaffeemaschine, kleiner Herd, Kühlschrank, usw).
Das Personal war sehr nett und zuvorkommend.
Das Hotel liegt in perfekter Lage, viele Sehenswürdigkeiten waren zu Fuß erreichbar.

Lovely little gem! We had no trouble finding it, easy walk from the Termini train station. We received a friendly welcome on arrival. As it was still morning, we were able to leave our luggage and enjoy exploring Rome until dinner time. Upon return, we were happily surprised that our luggage was already in our assigned room waiting for us. Our room was clean and spacious, bed was comfortable and quiet. We could hear a bit of the reception area during daytime as tile does echo, but nothing during the quiet hours when you’d be resting. Wi-fi worked great. Breakfast room was so quaint and lovely variety of fresh items to get your day started. All of the staff were very friendly and treated you like family. We were amazed how quick and easy it was to have a taxi arranged, by the time we got down to the front door it was already there. The area surrounding the hotel is well lit in the evening, lots of restaurants & shops nearby. Overall a wonderful experience and would highly recommend Hotel Cortina!

The only positives I have for this accomodation is that the people who work there are very pleasant and helpful and it's clean. We stayed in room 1, which is right next to reception and also over the top of an Irish pub.. The noise was so loud from the pub that we felt like we were in the pub.. It went on until 1.30am all of our 4 nights stay.. We could also hear everything that went on in reception.... The shower in the bath was ridiculous... The bath was so tiny you could hardly turn around... I would not advise for anyone to stay in this hotel if you have a desire to sleep...

This is a quaint hotel right in the heart of Rome. Everything is on your doorstep. The staff are really friendly. The room and hotel are very clean. We did not partake in the breakfast as we wanted to eat out. Which was a brilliant idea as day one we sat outside a breakfast restaurant directly opposite the Coliseum. The things that they could do better are, one the rooms do not have tea and coffee making facilities. Secondly the shower does not stay hot. It sort of fluctuates between hot and cold. Lastly there is No English Tv, even if the staff tell you it does. Remember you are staying in a hotel in the middle of a city,so with that in mind our view was non existent as we had a view of another building and terraced area. This meant we could not leave the windows open. However there is air conditioning. For the price, booked through Trivago, was very reasonable for a central city location. We would stay again even with these minor failings.
