Die Roof Terrasse ist ein Traum: tollster Blick, köstliche Cocktails, hervorragender Hugo, kleine Schleckereien zum Aperitif oder Snacks wie saftige Hamburger oder einen Tagliere- eine Aufschnittplatte. Zum Abendessn werden dann kulinarische Köstlickeiten serviert. Da wir als Römer öfter diese Terrasse besuchen haben wir alles verkostet und wurden nie enttäuscht. Nur schade, dass jetzt im Dezember die Saison sich dem Ende neigt und wir bis zum nächsten Frühjahr warten müssen. Ein Lob gehr auch an den Service, super professionel, freundlich, zuvorkommend, man fühlt sich so richtig verwöhnt!

Very friendly and charming hotel with History. The room was perfect for two persona and Short trip -with bathtube and kingsize bed. Breakfast was old fashioned and good, only one thing was strange for me- extra charge for poached eggs/Benedict eggs. The staff was very kindly and very nice- really extraordinary. The view from 7th floor is amazing. Also at the Rezeption Mr Gabrielle was really professionell, helpfull and friendly. Thank You for that. The location is perfect if you like to walk a little to the Heart of Rome:) and quiet. You have also many very popular Bars (Harrys Bar) and Restaurant (Vladimirs) in very short walk distance.

You must go to the rooftop for sunset! We loved this hotel! It’s a classic in a prime location. We had an upgrade night and they gave us a suite so I can’t speak to the size of the regular rooms. The beds were traditional Italian beds and not the most comfortable but the linens were great. Our views were simply stunning - from the Vatican to the Borghese gardens.

Great, Amazing experience staying with you guys, thanks to Giancarlo, Luca, Concierge Maximo, amazing , excellent restaurant on my breakfast thanks to Severino at the front as host , server Deayana, Romina, Carolina to all in general, good food , great view outside in the roof top restaurant , amazing room very neat hotel , spacious room , great location 20 min walking distance to main attraction , downtown, coliseum , vatican , trevi fountain, Patheon, etc. A lot of restaurant around.

A short visit to Rome was made special by the great service we received at the Flora. Donatello and Stefano and their colleagues were so friendly and helpful. Hotel is in a convenient location and well appointed. The roof top restaurant is in a magnificent location to view Rome rooftops including the Vatican. We will return when we inevitably go back to Rome.

The Beautiful location of this hotel in Rome is just so beautiful. The roof top views are just breathtaking, lovely, kind and attentive staff. Amazing rooms and the most comfortable beds. Really lovely experience with Marriott Flora for our first time in Rome.

Hotels-in particular those in the great cities of the world-have a presence all their own. It's the staff providing the personality and individual charm that separates one from the other. The location is tough to beat-literally across the street from one of Rome's great parks (Borghese Park-and the not-to miss Borghese Gallery) A mile walk from the central train station (Or Uber) and a beautiful downhill stroll to the great landmarks of Trevi fountain, Pantheon, Spanish Steps, and on. The rooftop breakfast and bar...well let's just say you'll find yourself enjoying la dolce vida in no time. Classic and beautiful. Rooms are truly classic without being dated. No, it's not a "W" or something more modern or hip-because that's not what the Grand Flora is about. It's a reminder that sometimes "old school" is still cool school. The staff, from the GM Flavia and concierge Stephanie were amazing, and everyone has a sense of anticipating requests and meeting them with a flair. First trip to Rome-and it will not be our last....thanks to the Grand Flora

This is a lovely hotel with excellent concierge services and front desk. Stefania at the concierge desk truly made my first visit to Rome excellent. As a concierge from New York, I wanted to try the best restaurants Rome has. Her perfect knowledge of the city, especially the restaurants was very helpful to experience the best of Rome. With Stefania's help I was able to avoid the tourist traps and enjoy the great food Rome is famous for around the world. Thank you Grand Flora for a wonderful stay and thank you Stefania!

Excellent Experience, top notch Marriott! First of all, the service is remarkable, from the breakfast staff, concierge, front desk, doormen, bartenders, room cleaning! Of special note: At the front desk, Giancarlo checked us in and was very informative and helpful, providing excellent suggestions throughout our stay. The breakfast staff who greeted us each morning by name, remembered our specific beverage choices, attended to our table, offered to-go drinks: Morena and Saverio were amazing hosts who seated us and checked on us throughout breakfast. They served with a smile on their faces and were personal, knowing when to engage in conversation and when to allow us to have our own conversations. Morena even brought a box of tissues to our table when one of us sneezed. Romina, Roan, Alexia, Einzia, Deyana were table servers who were extremely attentive. The breakfast was an amazing spread of fresh and excellent options. The concierge on duty, Stefaiero, provided extra help with getting reservations for us, and even called one place twice to make sure we got the specific reservation we had hoped for. The other personnel, too many to name were all kind, helpful and attentive as we engaged throughout the hotel. For example, the bartenders were quick to serve and offered suggestions that proved to be delightful. The room attendants left our rooms so clean, neat and restocked daily. Regarding the property itself, it has everything a top notch Marriott would have, great rooms, well supplied, and well situated. We were able to walk everywhere in the city centre easily as well as enjoy morning walks in the beautiful adjacent park

I sincerely appreciate the room upgrade with the excellent view. The room was spotless, and all amenities were perfectly in place. Good Afternoon. I stay in your hotel from 4 february to 5 February with assosiate rate and they added for my stay 170 points . Is it normal)? Courtyard Hotel Rome Central Park provided me 650 points. Also BF with assosiate rate in your Hotel wasnt provided , i wrote in mobile chat about this but they just sold me BF with doscount. Also i bought and paid for BF and it was not added to me as points.
