They say, ‘Location Location Location’ is the most important thing but that was because whoever came up with that famous saying hadn’t been to Piccola Navona, where it is ‘Location plus Cleanliness plus Desirability.’ We stayed for three nights and it is important to note that our room was the cleanest we had on our entire trip. Beautiful. The deluxe corner room is airy and spacious with a large bathroom that boasts a powerful rainfall shower & jet wand to relax those aching muscles after touring non-stop, all day. For the ultimate night's sleep, they provide ear plugs and eye masks as well as all bathroom amenities needed. They even offer four different mattresses to suit your level of comfort. We loved the mattress that was there and slept deeply. There is also a beautiful rooftop terrace that awaits with views of Garibaldi’s statue above Trastevere where you can start your day with a continental breakfast (or bacon and eggs, upon request) or enjoy a light snack in the afternoon (a lovely selection of fruit, pastries and coffee are included) or even enjoy your own bottle of wine in the evening. We cannot over-emphasize the location of this lovely hotel. It is within a 15-minute walk to all the major attractions, several within 5-10: The Trevi Fountain, The Mouth of Truth, Castle Sant Angelo. The Piazza Navona and The Pantheon, you can see from the corner room, yes, that close! The Colosseum was the furthest and still walkable in under 30! Even in temps around 100*F, we made it to all of the sites. The market in Campo de Fiori with the wonderful Ristorante Pancrazio is right outside your door. This wonderful boutique hotel has managed to layer charm upon charm and all in such a centralized location you won’t believe your good fortune. Thank you, Alberto and Julia
