TB Place Roma

It was a very special stay. The hotel has an excellent location and an attractive design, different than other hotels. The staff are very friendly and helpful. I would like to mention the receptionist, I don't really remember her name, but she helped us and her smile never left her face whenever we entered and exited. She was on duty at night. The breakfast has limited dishes but is good. I would especially like to thank Alessia for making our breakfast special. The room is a good size. The bathroom is exceptional, but having long mirrors in the room would be good.

Great location conveniently located in the very centre of Rome, only a few minutes walk to Piazza di Spagna, Fontana di Trevi, Via dei Condotti etc etc. Pasta & Burrata salad at le Colonnette were incredible. I enjoyed also the meat based main course with pistachio. Italian finest restaurant with regular portions. My Junior suite was big and cleaned to perfection. Breakfast buffet was little but enough to bring that Italian home feeling thanks also to the great job of Alessia and Martina (if I remember correctly). Highly recommended!

This hotel has the worst values ​​and business practice in the hospitality world. This hotel is run by people who want to take advantage of the situation and make themselves fall for their bad strategies. I tried to make a reservation, I put my debit card and there was no money, then I received an email saying that there was no reservation, the next day they contacted me very early with a call and asked me for another form of payment, I told them that I would use another card that I would contact They then asked for the money again. Due to their manner of management and insistence, I decided not to go to the hotel, but obviously there was no reservation since they sent me an email stating that it had not been made due to lack of funds on my card, but this hotel refused to listen to my request and used my card again, they have stolen 600 euros from me and they want to apply the policy method 7 days before the reservation. They refuse to return my money and don't even want to offer the use of the hotel with other dates. Bad business practice, they are thieves. The worst hotel with low customer card use practices.

Lovely hotel. Extremely clean and modern rooms in fantastic location at the heart of the city. Literally within a 5 minute walk from Trevi fountain and the Spanish Steps. The bedside table was a charger, the toilets were modern and even though it was near a busy street, sound was not an issue. Staff was extremely helpful in making reservations, booking taxis, etc. There is also a lovely terrace on the top floor.

I love this hotel! I’ve stayed in many Rome hotels and wanted to try a new one. TB Place is so beautiful, and the staff could not have been more friendly and accommodating! My room was clean, quiet and full of amenities. And I was blown away by the restaurant! Not only is the decor exquisite, the food is incredible. The breakfast buffet looked like a work of art. I cannot wait to return to TB Place next time I’m in Rome!

Very rood staff . I could not reach reception by phone every time , line is busy and employees is enjoying their own conversation. Room was ok, but with no view as described , food is awful and feel myself very bad after breakfast . I recommend owners to change staff urgently .
