At Your Place

Booked this accommodation for three nights for three friends. Was expecting it to be very basic as the price was so good but could not recommend it enough. The room was exceptionally clean and bright with it's own small balcony. It was very spacious by Rome standards with a gorgeous waterfall shower and very comfy beds. It is at the top floor of a residential apartment and is incredibly quiet and the location is exceptional. In a very upmarket area of Rome minutes from the Vatican which meant we passed it multiple times and got to see it at night when there are no queues and it is all lit up. Lots of lovely local restaurants and cafes nearby and a small carrefour supermarket 2 minutes walk away. Lucas the owner was very easy to deal with. I messaged him once or twice during our stay and every time he responded within minutes. Easy to walk everywhere in Rome and we didn't need to use public transport or taxis once during our stay. One of the best places I've ever stayed in terms of location, price and value. Would have no hesitation in highly recommending to anyone I know who is planning a trip to Rome.

I chose a B&B rather than a hotel because I want to experience "living" in Rome. The B&B is in a building with other apartments so we get to see the "neighbors". It has an elevator which is a huge plus because some old buildings does not have one. We did have to carry our luggage a few steps which was easy enough. I expected the building to be old but nope! Everything is new and super clean- even the bathroom! I love it! We felt at home and Luca is really nice and helpful. He is the perfect host. The breakfast cornetti are just a yummy bonus in our stay. We will definitely go back.

We had a great vacation in Rome! We stayed at your place which was recently renovated. Luca the owner, take care that every day you will have a fresh croissant, coffee tea milk for self-service, and a fridge to store cold drinks. Luca arranged for us to shuttle from and to the airport and guide us to places we can visit. We highly recommend staying here. Eyal

Zona Prati Vaticano, comodissima e centralissima. Fermata metro raggiungibile in meno di 10 minuti a piedi. Il proprietario e’ gentile ed attento. Check in e check out sono facilissimi. L’appartamento e’ stato recentemente ristrutturato, le camere , tutte dotate di bagno privato , sono comodissime e molto pulite. Quando torneremo a Roma non c’è dubbio che At Your Place sarà la nostra prima scelta

Super établissement, très bien situé et en meme temps au calme. Nous avons pu tout visiter à pieds. Luca parle plusieurs langues et n'hésite pas a donner de bons conseils. Bonne literie. Je recommande

rapport qualité/prix excellent. L' endroit idéalement placé à 10mn du Vatican et proche du centre de Rome. Le confort, la propreté , le calme , tout y est et en plus la gentillesse et la disponibilité de notre hôte Lucas qui parle français.

Lucca nos recebeu maravilhosamente bem, super simpático e solicito em nos ajudar! Quarto super confortável, novinho, em perfeito estado! Localização perfeita 5 minutos do Castelo e 10min do centrinho de Roma! Adoramos

Très bien situé à 2 pas du Vatican et de la piazza n'avons le château St ange, le b and b est très propre et notre hôte, qui parle français, très sympat. Petit déjeuner à l'italienne avec cornette et cappucino! Un immeuble ancien et original. Superbe ascenseur. Un glacier et un carrefour city à côté. Bref une très belle expérience!

Es un alojamiento muy bien ubicado, recién renovado, todo nuevo y con limpieza excelente. Muy buen trato por parte del dueño, cuidadoso en los detalles. Muy buena relación calidad precio, sin duda recomendable.
