城景組合套房 Relax and clean place for living 👍🏻 Relax and clean place for living Customer service very excellent. 很優秀的民宿，房間很大乾淨舒適，新裝修很有家的感覺，小區內的花園環境好美，特別晚上，喜歡打卡必須要到這裏體驗一下。 我們一家連住了四日三夜，小朋友很開心，值得再入住。 前台服務小姐姐菜菜貼心周到有礼 ，老闆很年青很Nice. 

Booked 2 king rooms for a short stay with my family. Upon arrival at the hotel I was informed that one of the rooms wasn’t ready, not a problem since we did arrive a little early. Staff graciously asked us to wait as they’d push housekeeping to clean the other room and make sure we could have 2 rooms next to eachother. The rooms themselves look fantastic, the decor is looking a bit worse for wear in places (lots of scuff marks and paint peeling of doors) but the views of Macau are to die for. However I do have serious concerns about the hygiene and cleanliness of the property. Upon entering into my room I smelled a strong tobacco smell, even though it was a non smoking room. The windows both in the living room and bathroom were all smudged and greasy with fingerprints and where people had been leaning against them. I thought maybe this was an oversight from housekeeping but upon checking the other room my family was staying in, I saw that the windows there were just as dirty on the inside. Next were the dead cockroaches in the vase next to the door. These had obviously been there for a while since there was dust on them. How housekeeping could have missed them is beyond me since it’s so obvious and the (empty) vase is located right in the middle of the hallway. The absolute worst however was the wooden box that held the amenities in the bathroom. The box was absolutely disgusting, it was full of dust and had hairs in it from previous guests. When I removed a toothbrush I actually saw little bugs crawling all around the box (see red circle). In my opinion this is not befitting a hotel of this standard and price range. Upon checking out the next day I mentioned these hygiene issues to the lady at the desk who spoke perfect English but didn’t seem to care that much. She gave a very “standard” response saying “I’ll tell housekeeping, I hope you’ll try us again next time”. Zero acknowledgment that this complaint would be taken seriously at all. Unfortunately this is not the kind of response one would expect from a hotel of this caliber. A real shame since other than the obvious lack of proper cleaning of the rooms, the hotel itself is wonderful. The staff is very accommodating and generally speak good English. For a St Regis, the pricing is also very agreeable.

Die Lage ist gut, gegenüber der Sun Moon Bay Der Service ist sehr gut. Badewannentaschen, Toilettenbezüge usw. sind vorbereitet und die Details sind vorhanden. Ausstattung: Der Griff der Nachttischschublade ist kaputt, das Lampendesign ist etwas seltsam, ich bin mehrmals dagegen gestoßen😅Andere sind in Ordnung Beim Check-out gab es ein kleines Geschenk

👍🏻 Die Lage ist wirklich gut. Ein Hotel ist, dass Liebesgefühle am Meer gehen können. Wenn man zu Sonnen- und Mondbee wandelt, dauert es etwa 30 Minuten, und wir fahren in den letzten 10 Dollar (alte Menschen sind nicht bequem, Fahrrad zu benutzen) Das Zimmer sieht direkt die Sonne und den Mond, die Landschaft ist wunderschön Das Hotel hat einen Waschraum, die Waschmaschine hat automatisch eine Waschmittel Jedes Mal, wenn man den Verkauf anruft, gibt es auch Mechaniker, die es liefern, die Geschwindigkeit ist nicht zu lange. Das Zimmer ist komfortabel, das Bett ist groß und der Fernseher ist groß 😍 Klimaanlage ist sehr gut genug Das Badezimmer ist sehr gut. Alle Hotelartikel haben einen Schalengeschmack, Champagner 👏 👎 Ich habe viele Hotels gelebt, das ist die einzige, die keinen Kaffee hat. Ich muss zum Kauf in der Halle, zum Beispiel Milchkaffee für 29 Yuan pro Tasse  Unsere Kleidung ist handgewaschen, die Waschraum haben keine Waschmittel zusätzlich, wir müssen in den Hallen gehen und sie holen. Als ich weg wartete, hatte ich kein Taxi,  und mein Festnetztelefon war gerade zerstört, so dass die Mitarbeiter des Rezeptionsbüros um Hilfe gebeten haben, aber leider wurde es abgelehnt 🙅 Sie haben mich immer wieder zum Programmierwagen gerufen, aber es gibt keine Telefonnummer, die es nicht überprüfen kann, Und dann muss ich zum Yangming Square gehen, um einen Taxi zu finden. 

Traveled to Dong Ao island and stayed for two nights. The island is rather small and its natural beauty still remains very original. It has not yet been exploited by lots of tourism so it feels very authentic. Had a wonderful stay at this resort hotel. The hotel electric shuttle buses wait by the port for the guests when arriving so that’s very convenient. Once we got in the hotel lobby we were welcomed by Sue, the front office assistant manager. She explained about the hotel to us and upgraded our room. She also sent me all the timetables for the shuttle busses and opening time of the different restaurants of the hotel. She escorted us to the room and wished us a pleasant stay. She also told us about the special promotion for the buffet restaurant and helped us to book a table. The manager of the restaurant, Haron, welcomed us when we arrived to the restaurant for dinner and assisted us with our dietary needs. He was very professional and friendly. He remembered our preferences throughout our stay. He went out of his way to make us feel happy and enjoy dining in the restaurant. During our second evening, we we by the port area and wanted to go go back. One of the shuttle bus drivers, named Jack, drove us back although it wasn’t time yet according to the schedule. He was very nice and I enjoyed chatting with him through the way to the hotel. I recommend this destination for those who prefer a calm and beautiful scenery and Marriott would off course be the best choice. I hope I can get the chance to go there soon again.

萬山島靜雲山莊，一個遠離城市喧囂的避風港，這家高端度假酒店以獨特的現代中國風建築理念和依山勢而建的錯落有致的設計，成功地將酒店與周邊的水色山光融為一體，讓人彷彿置身於一幅美麗的畫卷之中。 酒店的房間設計精緻，房間內部裝潢古香古色，同時配備了智能客控系統，每個房間都有一個ipad用於操控，極大地提升了居住的便捷性和舒適度。 這次住的庭院大床房，有個小院子，還有一個很寬敞的陽台，衞生間也很寬敞，浴缸都經過消毒，整體來説，房間的品質和舒適度還是值得肯定的。 靜雲山莊的無邊際泳池是其一大亮點，28米長的海景無邊際泳池讓天空、大海和泳池三者無縫相接，給人一種置身於仙境的錯覺。在泳池邊享受着海風輕拂，欣賞着古樹飄香和日落晚霞，無疑是一種極致的享受。 服務方面，山莊提供管家式服務，點名表揚一下管家小敏，服務非常貼心，從接送服務到安排環島遊、觀日出日落、海釣等活動，山莊都能一一滿足客人的需求。還貼心的送了暈船貼、提供了香茅茶防止暈船。 在餐飲方面，酒店提供的下午茶、晚餐和早餐都讓人回味無窮。尤其是以當地新鮮海鮮為主的餐飲，每天都有漁船出海捕撈，確保食材的新鮮美味。此外，酒店還擁有休閑酒吧、書舍等休閑場所，讓客人在享受美食的同時，也能感受到書香雅趣和休閑氛圍。 這裡是渴望遠離城市喧囂、享受寧靜與自然的遊客的理想之選。 不足的地方是萬山島本身配套比較匱乏，幾乎衹能在酒店玩，而酒店的娛樂設備也比較少，只有一個泳池和spa、書吧；早餐種類很少，味道很一般，可能也和島內物資匱乏有關係（據説島上的水價是市區的好幾倍）。 儘管存在一些不足，但酒店的整體環境還是值得稱讚的。對於想要體驗海島風光的遊客來説，這裏無疑是一個不容錯過的選擇。
