"This hotel more than exceeded my expectations! If you visit Sayram lake then ai highly recommend staying here. Room: spotless and comfortable, we were upgraded to the top floor with a lake view Breakfast: superb with lots of variety Staff: very welcoming and friendly Amenities: free afternoon tea, free evening snacks, viewing platform on the roof and washers/dryers (which we took advantage of) Honestly for the price point… it’s better than most large chain hotels!"

"第二次回來住了，還是很棒！上次住衞生間淋雨水壓較小，酒店説下次來送個歡迎果盤，沒想到真在房間裏桌子上擺着,還免費升級了房型。酒店門口就有夜市，還有名族特色表演，燒烤味道也很好，酒店綠化做的非常好。此外，酒店的早餐也值得單獨誇讚。種類非常豐富，不僅有常見的西式麪包咖啡，還有很多地道的當地特色熱食，水果也很新鮮。退房時，工作人員還熱情地詢問了入住感受，無論是硬件設施還是軟件服務，前台做到有求必應，會耐心解答疑問，客房需要的東西也能急事送達，這家酒店都做到了極致，性價比極高。"

"We booked the guest rooms, which are actually a “盲盒” concept where you get whichever room is available upon check-in. Luckily, we were upgraded to wooden cabins with two rooms each. Since I booked 3 rooms, they arranged 2 wooden cabins for us. Each cabin came with two independent bedrooms with attached bathrooms, plus a shared living room. We absolutely loved it because we could gather and spend time together in the living room. We even had steamboat there one evening, which made the stay feel extra cozy, lovely, and convenient. There was also a huge open area in front of the cabins, but unfortunately the wind during our stay was too strong for us to sit outside. In the evening, sheep were grazing right outside our unit. On good weather days, you can even see Sayram Lake and the snow mountains directly from the cabin, which was really beautiful. The cabins are spread across a large area, so you do need to walk to your unit, but the pathways are properly paved and easy to walk on. Our cabin was about 200m from the car park. Special shoutout to the staff, Hemu and Dan Ni Er, who were extremely helpful. They used their small transport buggy to help move our luggage during check-in and check-out. Since we were travelling with elderly family members who had difficulty walking, they also kindly gave them rides to and from the cabin, which we truly appreciated. Highly recommended for those looking for a different and more memorable experience compared to a normal hotel stay."
