I stayed here for 6 nights for a training course nearby. I was impressed overall. Room was clean, wifi was very fast with a strong signal and the room relatively was quiet, despite being near a busy main road. Rooms included a pod coffee machine too, with coffee pods free of charge from reception. Walking distance from Rocklea railway station (which is temporarily closed but has stationlink buses to to the next station up the line). Only minor quibble was that reception was sometimes closed earlier than the published hours. I would happily stay here again.

Sehr gut, praktisch, das Restaurant schmeckt gut, die Zimmer sind sauber und ordentlich, es wird empfohlen, es ist bequemer, wenn Sie selbst fahren. Es gibt eine Bar vor der Tür und es gibt leckeres Essen.

Ich war nur für eine Nacht hier und das war hauptsächlich auf eine Bestellung am nächsten Morgen in der Reiseabstand von dieser Stelle. Und ich wollte von der Hustle & Bustle von CBD, insbesondere mit einem Fahrzeug weg. Das Personal war vor meinem Aufenthalt schnell in der Antwort auf E-Mails für Hilfe mit verschiedenen Dingen, die ich angenehm fand. Sie waren während meines Aufenthalts ebenso hilfreich wie ich auch meinen Aufenthalt genossen. Zimmer waren sauber mit allen verfügbaren Einrichtungen. Keine Probleme mit Lärm. Die 2 Trinkscheine für die Bar waren schön. Genießen sie während der Beobachtung der Sport sind die Bar. Frühstück inbegriffen, war nur ein kleines Paket, aber das war ausreichend. Einige Geschäfte, Cafés, Restaurants in der Nähe. Große Parkplätze. Wifi funktionierte gut. TV im Zimmer. Gesamt guter Ort und sehr empfohlen

Ich konnte mich nicht mal hier schlafen, sogar eine Nacht, der Geruch von Hundepee auf den Teppichen war schrecklich. Um ehrlich zu sein, ging ich ins Bad und sagte meinem Mann, wenn ich hier duschen würde, werde ich zu den nächsten Woolworths gehen und Bleich kaufen, um die Dusche (Soap Skum und Dusche Muck) überall zu blasen. Noch hatte keine Dusche dort! Und wenn das nicht war, um es zu erhöhen, gingen wir in die Küche, um Essen wegzuwerfen, war der Kühlschrank schmutzig. Habe eine Platte aus dem Schrank zu essen und es war nicht einmal richtig gereinigt ... sehr enttäuscht (wie die Fotos auf dem Internet zeigten ein sauberes Motelzimmer) nicht was wir auch angekommen ...

Freundliches Personal und große Zimmer! Wieder kommen. Zentrale Lage, leicht zu erreichen mit dem Bus außerhalb der Tür. Leichte Zufahrt zum Gabba für Sport oder die Stadt. Großer Wert für Geld und in der Nähe von Geschäften. Danke!

Alle Einrichtungen im Zimmer sind komplett, das Bett ist sehr komfortabel, die Nacht ist sehr ruhig und schlafen bis Morgen. Der Preis ist im Vergleich zu den Preisen nicht besonders teuer, ist gut für Geschäftsreisen und Familienreisen geeignet. Das Wasser, die Milch und kleines Geschmack im Bild sind alle kostenlos.

So sad such a good hotel has gone bad. After many years of staying here . It is under new management with zero customer service. On the multiple time we have stayed here in the villa we have always had daily room service and fresh fluffy white towels & face washers. I have even written praising reviews on stays here . But we will not be returning here again. Gone are the daily room service and fluffy towels and face washers. Now it is room service on a 4th night & thin small white towels & one even had a hole in it and no face washers. The blind in the kitchen was broken the corner & had not been replaced. In the bathroom the shower head would keep falling down. The shampoo & conditioner dispenser on the wall were empty. A once full hotel was very empty too, so obviously other people have voted with there feet & wallets. When I spoke to the office attendant & asked if our room service was going to be done like the past I found her manner rude & blunt and she directed me to a cupboard where I could help myself to some fresh towels.

Paid for an upgrade to a room at the back after reading reviews describing noise levels. Glad we did because this motel fronts a busy motorway and still traffic noise at a bearable level from back row room. Room was large and very clean although 2 small living cockroaches in bathroom. Husband found bed to be perfect but I had trouble sleeping on it. You can’t please everyone. When we arrived around 5pm the main door to the office was locked but a fellow, either a customer or worker was sitting on a waiting area seat in the reception area and told me the manager was not there but I could use a side door. That was no problem as within a minute or 2 the manager arrived and I told him who I was and he remembered I had called an hour before to check on the availability of a suite rather than a room. Only thing that stopped me short of giving 5 stars was the manager’s apparent distain at having to serve a customer. The dear man couldn’t have looked or come across to me as more put out by having to attend my booking. He offered very little information. When I asked about the wifi password ( wifi did not work at all by the way, even with instructions ) he disinterestedly told me it’s on the back of the key. Also on the back of the key was information on what to do if the tv gives a no signal message. I don’t know why he couldn’t be bothered to explain that. So all up, he was a very poor ambassador for the motel and could easily, single handily ruined the start of someone’s vacation vibe with his “ can I just get this over and done with” vibe. I maintained my chirpy and happy disposition in the meagre attempt of cheering up this poor soul. Alas, it wasn’t to be although when I asked about distances /directions to a venue we were to attend, old mate, worker/customer was all for telling me everything I needed to know. Thank goodness I had him to share the information I needed because once that key was in my hand, Mr manager had done his part and no further talk appeared to be necessary! Maybe HE needs a holiday? Other than that, the suite was suitable for a longer stay with microwave, cooktop, kettle and mini fridge/freezer. There was adequate crockery , cutlery, pans, toaster and washing up items to be able to prepare food for 2. We only stayed the one night and did not eat dinner or breakfast from the dining room on site. I knew about the dining room from reading reviews, not Mr Manager.
