In de voorbereiding op mijn verblijf in Brielle las ik de (soms nogal negatieve) recensies over dit hotel op deze site (en andere hotel-sites), en ik was uiteraard benieuwd wat ik zou aantreffen! Maar ik moet in alle oprechtheid en eerlijkheid zeggen, dat ik een prima verblijf heb gehad, waarbij ik wél moet toevoegen, dat mijn kamer uit het duurdere en meer luxe segment kwam (bijvoorbeeld eigen douche en wc). Bovendien lag mijn kamer niet aan een van de straatzijdes, dus sommige verhalen die ik las over lawaaierige terrasbezoekers waren sowieso niet van toepassing. Nee, de kamer was werkelijk prima: goed werkende TV, uitstekende douche en wc, comfortabel bed, ik kan niets anders zeggen. Het ontbijtbuffet is optioneel, maar ook dat was uitstekend, met een breed aanbod aan produkten. Tot slot: het hotel is goed bereikbaar met het openbaar vervoer (waarmee ik altijd reis), bushalte Brielle Centrum ligt op zo'n 10 minuten lopen.

Hôtel de très belle apparence, bien entretenu et superbement décoré pour la période de Noël. Il se situe à proximité de la grande plage. Le personnel à la réception est accueillant, souriant et disponible. Nous avons bénéficié d'une offre avec. Petit déjeuner et dîner pour 2 personnes. La salle de repas est spacieuse, nous ne mangeons pas juste à côté de l'assiette du voisin. Les chambres sont propres, bien aménagées ainsi que la salle de bain attention cependant, je pense que nous étions dans une chambre économique au 2 ème étage sans ascenseur... Pas de soucis pour nous mais les escaliers sont assez raides , donc attention pour certaines personnes. Le Petit déjeuner est un des points forts de l'hôtel, bcp de choix et varié. Pour le dîner, nous avions sélectionné un vin espagnol de la cuvée Fletcher et dans aucun regret Alors vient le point négatif de notre séjour... 3 jeunes femmes(filles) s'occupent et de la réception et du service. On est gentiment accueilli pour le dîner, là la table que nous choisissons n'est pas propre, nous patientons ... La jeune fille nous apporte les carteS, je lui fais remarquer et elle réagit directement. Nous prenons commande de l'apéro qui se fait attendre pendant de longues minutes... Finalement mon mari voit notre plateau , se déplace lui même au bar et ses glaçons sont fondus dans son rhum.... Il redemande des glaçons, mais déception, le rhum a pris le goût de l'eau 😞 La jeune fille remarque que nous nous sommes déplacés pour les boissons et nous apporte le vin, là, surpris, elle nous présente du vin blanc... Après expliquations elle trouve et nous apporte la bonne bouteille. Arrivent directement les plats, apportés par le chef auquel nous faisons remarquer que nous n'avons ni couverts, ni serviettes... Le repas terminé, pas de réaction et c'est nous qui demandons que la table soit débarrassée... Nous terminons le repas par un pousse café, rien a signaler pour cette partie. Nous avons bien mangé et avons passé un beau weekend, nous y retournerons sûrement mais quelle déception face à cette mauvaise gestion due à du personnel inexpérimenté et désorganisé....

Als wir am Abend einchecken wollten, stand nur ein Mitarbeiter, der sowohl die Bar als auch die Bar betreuen musste. Wir mussten darauf warten. Das Zimmer ist OK, nicht toll. Keine dunkleren Gürtel, eine seltsame Desinfektionsluft im Badezimmer (und auf den Gängen), ein zu kleines Badezimmer, das den ganzen Boden nass macht (waschtisch war nicht ohne Kleider auf dem Boden zu betätigen), Kein Ort, um deinen Duscheschampo oder Shampoo zu setzen, die Handtücher nicht frisch rauchen, wir hatten jedes andere Kuss, was zu weich und hobig war und es gab keine Banken, um dein Trolley/Tasche aufzulegen, also mussten sie auf den Boden. Der Saug im Bad war nicht auszuschalten, so dass er die ganze Nacht verwirrte. Um 6 Uhr wach von der Sonne, die gerade unter den Gürteln ausging. Leider auch nicht wirklich ruhig mit einem Zimmer am Ende des Gangs, denn alle Türen gehen mit einem Schlag zu. Die Fenster im Zimmer konnten offen (Doppelglas) und die Betten waren gut, wie auch das Frühstück. Sie konnten wählen, welche Eier Sie wollten und das wurde vor Ort gemacht. Der Parkplatz im Hotel war voll, nur wenige Schritte in der Straße gibt es eine Parkplatz mit Schlagboom, wo Sie Ihr Auto kostenlos parken können. Das ist für Gäste von Bastion. Wir waren nicht beeindruckt von 100 Euro für 1 Nacht, also nächstes Mal ein anderes Hotel.
