I very rarely take the time or feel the need to review on Trip Advisor. However, on this occasion I feel that I should. I always stay at this hotel when I am working in my office in Rochester. The management and staff are what make this Premier Inn my first choice when looking for somewhere to stay. I have stayed in all of the other Premier Inns in the area, but with the free parking, surrounding amenities and good hot food served in the restaurant, I will only stay elsewhere, if this hotel is fully booked. The room rates are competitive with others, and normally cheaper. What prompted this review, is the exceptional service that was given to me upon arrival two days ago. I was due to arrive at around 19:30, but due to delays on the M3 and M25, I did not arrive until 21:50. The chefs in the kitchen and the staff in the restaurant agreed to cook me a meal and serve me at a table, even though they had technically finished for the evening. Unfortunately, I do know the names of the chefs, but a special mention to Nick and Emma A for managing a team of talented, professional and genuinely nice people.

Stayed at this hotel during half term as we visited diggerland and the hollywood bowl close by. It was a very nice hotel, staff were friendly, we had breakfast and dinner both of which were great quality and good value for money. Would reccommend this hotel.

I have always found this Premier Inn friendly and accommodating, also very convenient for the motorways and surrounding areas. Car parking can be restrictive especially at weekends when the hotel is busy. But overall it does not disappoint.

Just what we expected for the trip. The location was a little bit farther out from Rochester city centre but the taxis are very prompt and reasonable. The car parking was excellent although the town of Rochester needs to invest in more tourist-friendly services for visitors.

I stay at this Premier Inn at least once a month, normally I stay by myself. I stay literally to enjoy a bath (don’t have one at home) and some “me” time away from caring responsibilities. The rooms are always clean, the bed is comfy, bathrooms are recently refurbed. Staff are friendly and helpful. It is a great location, sometimes I stay with a friend and we go to the cinema and have dinner and enjoy spending some quality time together. There is an onsite restaurant where you can get breakfast/dinner and there is a McDonalds opposite and other chain restaurants and a cineworld 2 mins walk away. I pay £5 for the ultimate wifi and factor this into the cost of my stay, it means I can stream films on my ipad no problem. There is plenty of free parking. I normally stay on a Friday night and for £35 I think this is amazing value.

Re decorated and upgraded. My issue is the desk space has been removed leaving the only plug sockets halfway up the wall underneath the TV. there is a 3 legged unstable table you have to use. Squeaky floors above and in corridor’s. Food good and staff are excellent. Good parking and location.

We enjoyed the hotel's affordability, and that it offers good value for money for the price. The room was well-appointed and comfortable, with modern furnishings and a wonderful comfortable bed. The staff during our stay were friendly and helpful, going out of their way to ensure guests have a pleasant stay. The Breakfast was so lovely and well presented. The hotel is clean and well-maintained, which is important to guests like us. The hotel is located within easy reach of the local Cinema and local eating establishments and local attractions, making it a good base for exploring the area. We would say the Premier Inn Rochester hotel is a good choice for those looking for a comfortable and affordable hotel in Rochester. It is particularly well-suited for families and those on a budget.

Needed somewhere close to Rochester. Premier inn was ideal. Good room, comfortable bed and a table with chairs. Shower good. Heating easy to use. Staff very good and friendly. Food good with good price. Easy parking. The noon check out time meant no rush on the departure day.

The Premier Inn, Rochester was one of the best Premier Inns I've stayed at, if not the best, the staff were lovely and friendly and couldn't do enough for you, room was immaculate, lovely comfy big bed, Breakfast was always spot on and lots to choose from, all in all a really pleasant stay, the only downside was I was on a business trip not an Holiday, definitely recommend and come and stay again 10 out of 10, Mr Gary John Grant, Woolton, Liverpool
