Als ich auf ein Feuer stieß, öffnete ich die Tür und blieb eine Weile im Flur stehen. Das Personal rannte herum, aber niemand sagte mir, ich solle evakuieren. Ich musste also nicht raus. Das Feuer ging weiter. Ich öffnete die Vorhänge und sah hinaus. Die Mitarbeiter, die auf den offenen Platz evakuiert hatten, sahen mich und bedeuteten, mich nach draußen zu lassen, als die Feuerwehrautos kamen. Sie organisierten, beaufsichtigten und kontrollierten die Evakuierung der Gäste nicht effektiv, aber das Feuer war nicht ernst. Am letzten Tag hat uns die Hauswirtschaft von den Bechern mit den Zahnbürsten weggenommen. Dass es kein Müll ist, sollte klar sein, denn im Inneren befinden sich Zahnbürste und Zahnpasta, sowie Zahnseide und Interdentalbürste. Und es gab kein Problem mit der Veröffentlichung der letzten Tage. komisch. Die Haltung der einzelnen Kellner an der Rezeption war kalt. Andere sind akzeptabel.

I am a Diamond member via Hilton Honors. We booked a 3 night stay Friday thru Monday on points for first 2 nights and paid for the Sunday night. The hotel took the total cost of the three night divided it by 3 and charged me $223 USD for a Sunday night stay even though the hotel was completely empty. Upon check out I questioned the front desk and told them that if I had booked Friday and Saturday on points and then made another reservation for Sunday paying at the members rate, it would have been much cheaper. The attendant agreed, but couldn't figure out how to correct it and advised me to call Hilton Honors to resolve and she would make a not on file. I have called Hilton Honors several times and no one can seem to help and advised that someone would call me back, that was a few months ago. Today I called Hilton Honors and they said there was no case file, of course. Todays agent (Theresa) agreed that If i had booked as described I ”probably” would have got a better rate. I asked why you wouldn't just extend a diamond loyalty member the best price, she couldn't or wouldn't answer that. I asked for a supervisor to speak to and she advised there isnt any??? Really.... everyone has a supervisor at a call centre and I was willing to wait. Rude, unwilling to satisfy a loyalty member and a general ”it's your fault for booking that way” attitude didn't feel good either. Hilton2 Suites didn't care, Hilton Honors doesn't care about customer service and I will assume if any Hilton people read this they won't care. Sad ending to what was a good relationship for personal and business travel. I'm done with this hotel and Hilton overall. They have the absolute worst customer service and there are plenty of other choices of hotel chains offering better loyalty programs and I bet they call back their customers to resolve issues. If you stay at this hotel and have a billing issue, GOOD LUCK

After being unhappy at another chain location, I switched from my usual brand and joined Radisson Rewards for this booking, with a great rate. Arrived here from ROCHESTER International Airport by LYFT ride, not knowing how long I would be staying, or what to expect, and I was pleasantly surprised. Located in a nice area, on busy Route 31, Monroe Ave , East of the city, but still close to all major attractions, like GeorgeEastman House, Memorial Art Gallery, Highland Park, Rochester Museum and Science Center, by car, also on city bus routes. My comfy accessible room is roomy and restful, with a King bed and roll-in shower, many safety bars in bathroom. There is a window unit for climate control , Microwave and fridge in my room, and a 40 inch flat screen TV that has a sharp picture with premium channels. Room and lobby WIFI works well., except with my Apple phone. Cozy family reading area with adult and children's books and a single computer/printer business center in lobby. I was happy to find a small coin operated laundromat and a tiny gym, with two machines. Amenities include a very good hot and cold breakfast served in lobby, with 24/7 refreshment and coffee/tea bar. Spunkmeyer cookies at desk, a small convenience store for essentials, including frozen entrees. Smoke free premises, however there is an outside seating area, with wooden Adirondack chairs and a fire pit for smokers. Four Electric car charging stations make this a great location for modern savvy travelers who care about the environment. Coffee-Tea stations in room and lobby were well stocked. The diverse cheerful and helpful staff keep all common areas very clean; all of them are very helpful and accommodating . I enjoyed conversing with International guest clientele in several languages, including Japanese tourists. With rewards member rates, its a great deal and price point. Ethnic restaurants and shopping nearby, including Pittsford Plaza and Eastview Mall . I recommend this hotel to all traveler friends in this area, and beyond, including my 50,000. travel chat buddies on Facebook, Yelp, and TripAdvisor, without hesitation. Insgesamt war mein sechstägiger Aufenthalt in diesem Holiday Inn gut. Das Personal am Frontdesk war hilfreich und freundlich. Mein Zimmer war sauber, wenn vielleicht ein wenig beat-up. Ich habe einige Farben und Gewürze im Papier und in der Hohlraum- und Küchenzeile bemerkt, und der Tisch in der kombinierten Küchen-/Wohnbereich war etwas schlimmer für die Benutzung. Eines, was mich etwas frustrierte, war, dass ich wiederholt gebeten habe, dass die Hausaufsicht durch meine Suite einen Schaufel in leeren Müll, schmutzige Handtücher, wäschereiliche Toilettenpapier usw. machen. Ich glaube, ich habe diese drei verschiedene Male gefragt, aber die Hausaufsicht hat mir nie wirklich gekümmert. Ich musste endlich einen Hausaufsichtspersonen verfolgen und mehr Mülltaschen und Toilettenpapier beantragen, da wir rausgelaufen waren. Als wir jedoch einschätzten, dass wir eine Ladung waschen mussten, fanden wir, dass die Wäscherei der Gäste direkt unter dem Halle war, was sehr bequem war. Ich empfehle dieses Hotel für Reisende, die einen sicheren, sauberen und erschwinglichen Aufenthaltsort benötigen.

Am Freitag Abend um 10:30 Uhr ging ein Arbeiter in mein Zimmer ohne zu schlagen und sagte mir, er müsse das Licht in meinem Badezimmer reparieren. Er war dort über eine Stunde. Wir mussten am nächsten Morgen um 6 Uhr aufstehen. Sehr schrecklich zu denken, er hätte mit meiner Tochter allein oder während wir schliefen usw. gelaufen sein können. Die Lobby ist lächerlich kalt. Unser Zimmer war 85° und wir konnten es nur in zwei Tagen auf 76 gehen lassen. Wir werden nicht zurückkehren und werden eine Beschwerde über den Arbeiter einreichen, der in unser Zimmer eintritt. In all meinen Jahren ist nichts so passiert. Zumindest habe ich das Wochenende mit dem seltsamsten Ereignis gewonnen ...Es gab viele Beschwerden von Freunden, die dort auch verblieben. Aber bitte beobachten Sie sich und verwenden Sie die zusätzlichen Locks, wenn in Ihren Zimmern.

Suite was clean. But pets next door and across were barking...Bathroom was part of the bedroom, so any one staying in the suite had to go thru the bedroom to get to it. Breakfast was OK, simple, eggs were dry and they ran out of some selections by late morning. Better food at Cracker Barrel!

Alles war großartig. Check in smooth as was check out. Barservice ist immer ausgezeichnet.
