Zip by Premier Inn Cardiff ★★★
"Unfortunately, the AC in our room did not work which meant that we slept awfully. The cosy design of the pods means that their is little airflow and the air handling system is non-existant, so the rooms are reliant on AC to keep it's occupants cool. I have tried contacting Zip regarding this but they have ignored me. I will caveat this by saying that the staff were incredibly friendly and professional."
