The most overpriced, over rated place in Riyadh. They may show you security but the security does absolutely nothing when they check your car and under the hood. It’s actually a joke. And the big fat guy that’s the head of security is the biggest do-nothing I’ve ever seen. The grounds are nice but there is constant noise from the landscapers blowing and mowing always at dinner time and weekend mornings. Why? The Thursday night buffets are extremely expensive and low quality. And if you live here, don’t ever plan on having guests over to the compound. You have to put in an access request days ahead of time and half the time they screw it up and won’t let your guest in. It’s like a mini prison in a terrible part of town that is not close to any anything. I’d recommend finding a nice villa on the economy for 1/5 the price. I found a 4 bedroom villa with an elevator, pool, and all modern amenities completely furnished for 140,000/year. If you do decide to live in this over priced compound, DO NOT pay more than 250,000/year. Anything over that is what the sales people split between themselves and laugh at the stupid westerners who pay 3-5 times more for an old compound. You can thank me later !

This place is absolutely AMAZING! We were worried about finding the right place to stay in Riyadh, but we stumbled upon Al Nakhla by chance, and it did NOT disappoint. First off, the surroundings are unreal—palm trees and lots of greenery everywhere. The kids get to spend hours in the multiple playgrounds scattered throughout, while we adults get to enjoy some serious relaxation with the spa and sauna. The pools are pretty cool too—spacious enough for everyone and multiple options to choose from. The entire place is just gorgeous. Our apartment was super comfy and chic - just right for my taste! What really made our stay more lovely was the STAFF! Everyone was incredibly friendly and helpful. After a three-month stay as a resident, I couldn't help but feel sad to leave this place behind!

It truly felt like every little detail had been thoughtfully considered, from the cozy interior to the luxurious beds, ensuring our experience was nothing short of perfect.
