Iconic Rimini hotel. We loved the historic exterior and public areas, especially the Fellini lounge. The gardens are beautiful and the pool area was relaxing, if rather small given the size of the hotel. Breakfast was excellent. On the negative side, the bedroom had a period charm but the furniture was old and not in an antique way. There was also a lot of ambient noise from the fridge which we disconnected at night and the AC, which we never managed to shut down. The bathroom in particular could do with a serious refurb. The spa looked good but we weren't going to pay Eur 80 per person just to use the sauna and sit by the indoor pool. There is a private beach but charging up to Eur 95 for loungers is a steep extra - that said, the room rate was reasonable. Service was polite but not exceptional. On the whole, we enjoyed the hotel but it is teetering on the edge of looking tired, some major investment will be necessary sooner rather than later.

Stayed for 5 nights with my mum and sister for a girls week away. The hotel staff were all very friendly to us so no complaints there. Each day our room would be cleaned, the hotel is aiming to be more environmentally friendly so won’t change your bedding during your stay and will only make your bed unless you specifically request for your sheets to be cleaned and will only change towels if you choose for them to be changed which we all appreciated as we like to be as eco friendly as possible. Unfortunately, when we arrived there was a pair of someone’s bikini bottoms tied in with the curtains as well as some sand from the last guests on the floor, we just cleaned it up ourselves but was slightly disappointing on our first arrival. The hotel would offer a complimentary drink (a choice between red or white wine or aperol spritz as well as non-alcoholic options) for one night of our stay which we also found very nice. However, we were slightly confused as it seemed some nights they were offering light snacks alongside the drinks whilst on other nights they were not. The hotel was happy to book a taxi for us back to the station and whilst their restaurant was closed at the time, they were happy to order in from nearby establishments to make up for it if we so desired. They also offered breakfasts each day for an additional cost. We stayed in a room with one double bed and a single bed which was clearly a sofa bed but did the job. In the room were a small selection of coffee and teas but we did have to buy our own to top up and they only provided us with 2 cups and 2 glasses each day which was annoying as there were 3 of us in the room. The bathroom had a lovely shower and the hotel did provide soap and shampoo/shower gel.The TV was nice and big and allowed us to watch Italian TV and Disney+, YouTube and Amazon Prime if we casted it from our phones. Our room had a balcony with 2 chairs which was nice but could be improved if we were given 3, however it had a nice view into the town which gave it a lovely a**osphere as the town was alive until early in the morning. The hotel also had an outside pool which was relatively cold and rather small but we did swim in it on one of our days and it was nice. Overall, the hotel was quite nice and I don’t really have any huge complaints.

Mangel an Sonnenschein rund um den Pool Wir blieben (3 x Erwachsene, 1 x Teenager) für vier Nächte, während wir an einer Sportveranstaltung in der Nähe teilnahmen. Beim Betreten des Hotels sah es angenehm aus. Als wir unser Zimmer betraten, bekamen wir jedoch einen alten, feuchten Geruch. Der Kühlschrank funktionierte nicht und wir haben es mehrmals gemeldet und es wurde nie repariert. Wir hatten ein Problem mit dem Stecker im Waschbecken, das sie behoben haben, indem sie den Stecker vollständig entfernt haben. Das Reinigungspersonal hat unter den eingeschränkten Bedingungen hervorragende Arbeit geleistet. Das Zimmer ist sehr eng, hinter der Tür befindet sich ein Koffertisch, was bedeutet, dass Sie ihn nicht vollständig öffnen können, und das Badezimmer ist alt, veraltet und anfällig für Lauch. Der Duschdruck ist jedoch gut. Uns wurde nach der Hälfte unseres Aufenthalts gesagt, dass das Hotel unter neuer Leitung steht. Dies bringt in den kommenden Monaten eine vollständige Renovierung mit sich und erklärt, warum wir eines Morgens vor 8 Uhr morgens von Hämmern und Klopfen geweckt wurden. Würden wir wieder hier übernachten, wahrscheinlich nicht. Es gibt so viele Alternativen in der Gegend mit ähnlich großartigen Standorten, aber mit besseren Einrichtungen zu ähnlichen Preisen.

Es gibt Hotels an der Strandseite, nur zwei Minuten zu Fuß zum Strand, Der Nachtmarkt im Untergeschoss ist sehr heiß, es gibt viele Obstgeschäfte im Restaurant, sehr bequem, Die Finale der Champions League am Wochenende, junge Leute am Strand sehen sehr leidenschaftlich den Ball, nachdem es eine Party gibt, geeignet für Leute, die Nachtleben haben. Das Zimmer ist klein, die Toilette ist gut, es gibt einen kleinen Balkon, der die Meeresaussichten ansehen kann.

Abbiamo selezionato questo Hotel tra quelli presenti nel pacchetto di Mirabilandia di 2 notti. Non appena ho prenotato li ho chiamati per sapere se avessero una spondina da inserire nel letto matrimoniale in quanto nostra figlia di 3 anni dorme con noi. In caso contrario mi sono reso disponibile a portarmela io da casa. Mi hanno riferito che avrebbero verificato e fatto sapere. Li ho richiamati io dopo una settimana e mi hanno risposto che ancora non avevano controllato, dopo mezz'ora un ragazzo gentile mi ha finalmente confermato che la avevano. Arriviamo la sera del giorno di check-in dopo essere stai al parco, ci accoglie una signorina molto gentile che ci dice comunque che ormai per quella notte non potevano richiamare il personale delle camere e quindi per la prima notte niente spondina (?). La mattina dopo gli ricordo di farcela trovare in camera e mi assicurano che non ci saranno problemi. La sera al nostro rientro, sempre la signorina mi dice che la dovrebbero aver già inserita e se non dovesse esserci, di richiamare in reception che avrebbero provveduto. Niente di tutto questo! Chiamo il ricevimento, non risponde nessuno, scendo e mi dice che al nostro rientro dopo cena la avremmo trovata in camera. Rientriamo e niente ancora. Il portiere di notte ci dice di attendere 10 minuti che ce l'avrebbero portata in camera (ore 23.10), a mezzanotte chiamo... ”si mi scusi ma abbiamo un problema da risolvere prima”...a quel punto mi sono davvero innervosito e riepilogato quando scritto anche in questa recensione. Ho risolto diversamente accostando il terzo letto alla parte della bimba e non gli ho aperto perchè SOLO DOPO ESSERMI ARRABBIATO AL TELEFONO, in 10 minuti sono arrivati con la benedetta spondina!!! Assurdo che per una cosa così stupida, il ricordo della vacanza sia rovinata dal menefreghismo /incompetenza/mancanza di comunicazioni tra personale. Per il resto mi associo a chi ha scritto che il bagno (soprattutto la doccia) è da rifare e pulire meglio. Ristorante ok. Non torneremo più.

Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und bemüht. Die Lage ist toll: man ist in 2 Minuten am Strand und innerhalb von 2 Minuten in einer Einkaufspassage mit Restaurants, Bars und Cafés. Das Zimmer war etwas klein aber nett und unser Balkon mit Meerblick war toll. Der Zimmerservice war an sich gut aber dennoch hat sich an gut erreichbaren Stellen der Staub gesammelt. Das Frühstücksbüffet ist trotz dass es im Preis enthalten ist sehr umfangreich. Leider ist das Hotel wirklich SEHR hellhörig. An sich war es trotzdem in Ordnung und man konnte schlafen. Die letzten Nächte hatten wir aber sehr rücksichtslose Nachbarn welche Nachts sich sehr laut unterhalten und rumgeschrieen haben. Wir lagen teilweise bis Morgens um 4 Uhr wach. Wir haben uns dann mehrfach Nachts bei der Rezeption beschwert. Es wurde dann auch bei den Nachbarn um Ruhe gebeten. Nachdem diese sich nicht daran gehalten haben wurde aber nicht weiter durchgegriffen. Ohne diese letzten Nächte wären wir auf jeden Fall mal wieder in dieses Hotel gekommen. Aufgrund dieser Erfahrung müssen wir uns das nochmal überlegen. Hat man aber nicht das Pech solche Menschen als Nachbarn zu haben, ist es eine Rund um tolle Erfahrung
