Excellent customer service and staff are very humble and supportive. Special thanks to Bhupal Singh for excellent hospitality and polite behaviour. Specially this hotel located very near at Neelkanth Mahadev temple and have proper parking space. Even hotel have very good food for inhouse guests.

We came to visit Neelkanth Mahadev temple and planned to stay at Redfox property for one day. It was my father's birthday so we just ordered a cake and Redfox staff was so nice that they arranged a very good cake from rishikesh and they decorated a separate area in the basement for the celebration for which we have not even asked. I was just amazed with their hospitality and exceptional courtesy. The entire staff was very helpful. Rohit ji, Bhupal ji, Bhagwati ji and other have made it special day for us and we have such a great experience of staying that we have extended our stay for 1 more day.. it was beautiful scenic view from the window of our room, the food was just amazing and Neelkanth Mahadev temple aarti is a must must visit to experience the energy and positivity. We went for a 5km trek next day to visit Human temple, Parwati temple, Narsimha temple and passing ***** some villages like bhonn village etc. this experience was unforgettable. There is a dedicated parking in this property and Security staff was very helpful and nice. Overall Redfox made our experience of stay blissful. We would definitely look forward to come and stay again in future and highly recommend this place for a wonderful stay just near to Neelkanth Mahadev temple. Thanks!

Overall amazing experience. The property is well maintained, staff is friendly and helping, specially Bhupal jee (manager). I must mention that he stretched his hospitality services beyond regular and arranged a reliable mechanic as our car broke down. Perfect place to visit with family, friends. ***** with the views of Himalayan range, one could indulge in the spiritual experience of Neelkanth temple right next to the property.

Visited here with my cousin we both loved it, great ambience, friendly staff, beautiful location specially from balcony the view is awesome and the food it is also very tasty and fresh. The Neelkanth temple is also in walk in distance from hotel.

I went to neelkhanth and request guard and some hotel staff who are standing outside to use toilet as I came from haridwar. And he didn't let me go inside. He was very rude to me. It's a rule that you cannot stop any girl to use any toilet in a hotel whether it's a five star hotel. I think the hotel staff is nit educated.they are not well mannered.
