Aloha on the Ganges by Leisure Hotels

We had booked the hotel via the mobile number mentioned on the official website, paid 50% advance via UPI for 2 apartments for 2 nights. We were a group of 9 and When we reached the hotel, our excitement dampened upon learning that the apartments were not a property of Aloha but just a neighbouring building and we could not avail any facility at the property, not even the morning breakfast. All the more worse, it was an agent whose number is mentioned on the website and this particular agent had reserved only one apartment for our group. We had the online receipt of the booking of 2 apartments for 2 night, breakfast included, but the management completely denied all the accountability. We obviously created a scene, called up on the same number, the men of the family were furious, but ultimately we all 9 ended up in one apartment. The apartment has 2 bedrooms with attached bathrooms, we were provided with extra beddings. There is also an attached kitchen with microwave, some utensils, kettle and an induction cook top. Of course the location is excellent, the serene beauty of the mountains with the Ganges flowing is amazing Do visit the property, but be careful with your bookings. We have learnt the lesson the hard way !!

Awesome property and stay staff was too courteous Specially Miss Vandana Kala manager operations she was too courteous to get us lunch after the resturants were closed felt like home would recommend everyone to do visit here and not to miss evening Aarti was awesome

On My mom's 80th birthday, we decided that the family required blessings of the river Ganges as was her wish. So there's no better place than Rishikesh for a great getaway. Aloha on the Ganges is a property which had some great reviews and so we decided to visit this resort. On arrival, we were checked in quickly and we were tucked into the Superior rooms. The view from there was great and the lush green lawn was a sight for sore eyes. After resting for sometime, we all headed fir the restaurant and had a great meal. The variety and service were really complimenting each other and the smiling, helpful staff really made it seems like a home affair. We then decided to go for a walk down to the beach. We took the car as mom didn't want to hike up the road, though it's a short walk. The beach was silver and the Ganges cool and welcoming. Though it is not advisable to go into the river unless you are with the staff to evaluate the current. After taking some nice family snaps we headed back to the hotel and rested until dinner and played some Dumb Charade of Hindi movies and had some exciting actions and laughs. Next morning breakfast spread was very good again. The masala and cheese omlette were my favourite. You had Indian and continental spread too. The cold coffee was to die for. It was perfectly blended with a really smooth taste and frothy looks. All of us helped ourselves to it. After breakfast, we headed to the Rishikesh market and the temples there. The place was pretty clean compared with the Haridwar areas. After spending some time with our duties, we headed towards the Chaurasia Kutia Ashram, well known as the Beatles Ashram. It was great to see the architecture and the place laid out. It is a bit up and down and seniors should take it easy. Afterwards, we went back to the resort and sat around the lawn in the cool breeze and saw the stars as the night sky was clear. Aloha is beckoning you. It is a cosy place with a strong family culture of giving great holidays to the families coming there.

Aloha on Ganges is one of the Best resorts to Stay in Rishikesh, property is very clean and maintained. Staff is very pleasant and friendly, this is on “Ma Ganga” river bank, having beautiful view outside.

Had an excellent stay. Inviting, clean, comfortable rooms. The staff was top notch. Shout out to Shashank in the restaurant for providing most kind and attentive service! And the food is delicious- every dish we tried is flavorful.

Aloha on the Ganges, Rishikesh. The approach road was in a very bad state. It could have been because of the plentiful rain for the last few days, or the property owners had not bothered to do anything about it. After looking around at the property, which was well-maintained, the reason for the bad approach road seems to be the heavy rains for the last few days. Entry to the main lobby was under repair, with the flooring all dug up and under repair/replacement. We entered through the side entrance. The reception and lobby were quite spacious. The lobby had a bit of innovation with the flower decoration in water. Rather than just putting flowers in the water container, A white flower swastika was made with yellow 'zendu' flowers as a background. An activity board was also on display, indicating paid and free activities planned by the management. Accommodation was quite spacious and consisted of two bedrooms with attached bathrooms, a balcony, a sitting room with an attached toilet and a small kitchenette. It was comfortable.T he property is well-maintained.  It also has a swimming pool, which was well patronised. Breakfast was varied and catered to a wide variety of currently popular dishes and variety.  A Ganga Aarti was conducted in the evening. We were told that generally the aarti was held near the swimming pool, but due to rain it was held in the lobby of the fourth floor. The Aarti went of quite well.  A nice place to stay, however, I personally feel that for all that it offered, it was overly priced.
