We were there for one week end of February 2024. The room we had was a king size bed with a sofa bed. It took 3 calls for the staff to bring sheets and a pillow, we never received a duvet cover we only got sheets. To my opinion that sofa bed is not appropriate for any child over 5 years old, the mattress is way to soft. The shower was clean but it’s dated. Everything is dated. One of our bed foot broke and we had to fix it with extra sheets because nobody came to fix it. Feels like the staff is overwhelmed all the time. Be prepared as they do not speak English much. Lots of steps to get from one place to another, I don’t feel it’s appropriate for people with mobility issues. We were in building 23, very quiet and we appreciate it. The beach is clean and I enjoy it, but to get a beach chair you need to get up early. Food was good. Entertainment in the resort was not the greatest, we mostly watched the movies at the beach. We did go out the resort and that was great. We rented a car and took the bus to panama, wonderful experience.

The hotel has a lot of potential but unfortunately should not be hosting guests at this time. It is so rundown, the bathrooms the doors the handles the closets. I'm just going to mention the basic necessities that weren't up to standard to any hotel. All my children did not receive blankets until the end of our stay. Cleaning service will take out towels without replacement. No running hot water had to take showers literally by the sink. My elderly mother's room had puddles of water and mold. They were worried about slipping and falling the whole stay. They would not switch us out to another room. Front desk was polite but never gave consistent true answers and just kept stringing us on.

Das Hotel ist schön, der Service ist ok. Der Strand ist nicht gut, aber die Pools kompensieren. Die Restaurants sind erstaunlich, sehr gut! Das Bett und die Kissen machten mich die 2 Nächte leiden!! Versuchte, den Schmerz in der Rohre zu lindern, aber es gab kein heißes Wasser in ihm, nur in der Dusche. Gehen Sie zum Spa, sehr guter Service und Massage! Wenn Sie nach einem schönen Pool suchen, gute Getränke, ein sehr gutes Spa und wunderbares Essen, ist ein Ort zu gehen. Aber bringen Sie Ihren Kissen!!
