Very noisy, hard to sleep. Pillows are very uncomfortable. There is no gym and the location is not very beautiful

Houve uma confusão na hora do check-in eu havia reservado dois quartos e havia apenas um em meu nome. O hotel poderia verificar as tampas de vasos sanitários pois nos dois apartamentos estavam soltas , são de péssima qualidade, o ar condicionado quando liguei começou a descer aqua sem parar mas imediatamente reclamei e subiu um rapaz da manutenção e sanou o problema

Péssimo . Odor desagradável de desinfetante nos quartos, elevador com carpete imundo e recepção pouco cordial . Fora do padrão ibis .

Lugar bem receptivo e acomodações ótimas . Recepção foi bem explicativa com minhas dúvidas

Perto de um shopping. Excelente localização.

Ich war nur zum Essen, das Buffet war gut, es war nichts auszusetzen. worüber ich mich aber beklage, ist das, dass man die Touristen übers Ohr haut. Es ist traurig, wenn ein Tourist mit einer Kreditkarte sagt er möchte in Real bezahlen und trotzdem in Euro gebucht wird. Ruckzuck zahlt ihr 10 % mehr, als ihr zahlen müsstet. Es ist eine Sauerei gegenüber den Touristen. Deshalb würde ich euch raten, dieses Hotel zu meiden. Es war ein junger Kellner an der Bar. Der uns dann auch noch erklärte, dass es sein Muss. weil ich ja ein Ausländer bin, muss ich in meiner Währung bezahlen. Eine bodenlose Frechheit, diese Aussage. ich habe darauf verzichtet, den Trinkgeld zu geben und habe nur mit Verachtung gestraft. Wie gesagt, aus diesem Grund würde ich an eurer Stelle dieses Hotel meiden.

Maria was our server, she was so helpful and sweet at all times. Great energy and a great worker to have as a part of your team! Everyone who helped us the night prior to prepare food was great even though we had a team of 20 people. The cooks kept bringing out food & served us politely.

Maria is very nice kind and helpful. She served us with great pleasure and kindness. She is a fantastic server. She took the time to make sure everyone needs met and helped us with whatever we need. She was a blessing to us all. She brought us everything. We need her joy and passion for her job exceeds most servers.

We are at the hotel on a trip visiting friend and had an amazing service with Maria, she was very friendly and attentive during breakfast. She ensured that all the breakfast items were continually stocked and the breakfast bar was clean. Thank you again for the service Maria!

Beside the fact that this is a new Hotel, with about 6 months since it had been opened, this hotel keeps the IBIS known quality, with comfortable bed, hot and good shower and a sort of TV channels for your night stay. Also, you have a new Shopping mall in front of it, which makes your life easy if you need to buy something. The breakfast is really good with a variety of breads, fruits, yogurts and cereals.

NÃO TEM TOALHA DE ROSTO E DEIXAM SOMENTE UMA TOALHA DE BANHO, LAMENTAVEL, SERVIÇO DE LAVANDERIA PÉSSIMO, DEIXEI MINHAS CAMISAS PARA LAVAR NO DIA 12 DE MANHÃ, E NO DIA 13 NO FINAL DA TARDE, NEM TINHAM SIDO ENVIADAS PARA A LAVANDERIA, MÁ EDUCAÇÃO DE ALGUNS FUNCIONÁRIOS PRINCIPALMENTE AS QUE CUIDAM DO CAFÉ DA MANHÃ

Worst breakfast I had in my life. Checkin process was slow and room was very small.

The staff is very accommodating,they would always ask and offer the variety of foods theyy were offering for each meal. Room and toilet is visibly sparkly clean highly recommended to my friends and colleagues
