If you stay at a Premier Inn bring a toilet brush! I use Premier Inn quite a lot - convenient, comfortable and value for money. Not this time! There seems to have been a change in corporate policy, for the worse. The card that I got when checking in told me that I could get my room made up by informing Reception before 12:00, which I did. Upon my return to the room nothing had been done! Reception then informed me that their head office policy now was for stays longer than one night, rooms would only be made up after 5 days! Fortunately they found some clean towels, replacement tea bags and a toilet brush. Someone from the bar then helped me make up the room and clean the bathroom. Top marks for staff helpfulness but no marks for corporate cleanliness.

The hotel is what you would expect. However they charged me twice for the hotel and had to go and had to drive back to the hotel to get a refund. The reception was unorganised and slow. And most of the time nobody on reception. The rooms was good and was clean so can't complain. However the weirdest set up ever the sinks was outside the bathroom. The sinks was in the room where you sleep awful to try and use sink while you have a baby or someone sleeping.

Great hotel when flying from Manchester terminal 2. Very close by. Clean rooms and friendly staff. Check in/out and paying for Car park was effortless. Reasonable price for a family of 4. Restaurant looked busy and welcoming, we just went to mc Donald’s down the road for the kids. Would recommend to anyone. Thanks.

Been stopping at the hotel for 6 to 7 weeks now with work… nice rooms nice food and a particular lady doing the breakfast in the morning called Alice always happy very friendly very helpful Alice makes my stay that little bit nicer thanks Alice

nice hotel I just stay one night but is good value for money and nice room , very comfortable bed very close to the airport food in the hotel restaurant was good reception was helpful and friendly one thing you just need to pay for parking but is no issue

This place is amazing. Very convenient for the airport. We will definitely be using it again. Cleanliness was top standard the team was very friendly. Breakfast has plenty of options, and it's very good value for money. I would definitely recommend

Gone a couple of day with the wife for our anniversary and chose this one recommended by a friend. Room was very clean and the staff were very friendly cant fault it. The bed was very comfy and had a great night sleep. Amazing stay and great food. Definitely going back.

Great Hotel. Great Stay. Staff friendly. Good breakfast and dinner. Very nice atmosphere and affordable stay. Rooms are modern and clean. Car parking available for £12 per 24h stay. Very good quality hotel if you don't want to pay +£200 for other hotels at the airport.

Service slow from check in, bar service and refresh of breakfast. Bed wasn’t comfy and didn’t have a good night sleep. Breakfast was cold and had been standing for longer than usual. Staff were friendly and welcoming but it was obvious that they were understaffed. Location was good only 6 mins from the terminal.
