Centrally located with the beach and numerous stores, markets and restaurants available all around and at walking distance. Perfect for a beach vacation/holiday. Staff was very courteous and helpful. Room and bathroom were spacious enough. Small mini fridge available in the room. Paid parking right next to the hotel premises available as well as outside/public (with toll IF you’re lucky enough to find one). All in all would stay again.

Really good atmosphere, you feel treated like a special guest from day zero. The hotel is very well located, right next to the beach and many good restaurants. The breakfast included will make you save a lot of money, staff is lovely and always smiling. The room itself needs some deep maintenance, but overall the quality/price is really good (for June). I wouldn’t accept the same room for an higher price, so DYOR

First the good news: the room was clean, the staff was friendly l, the location was ideal and the breakfast was good. The bad news is that this is AT BEST a two star hotel. Everything looks tired, the bed was uncomfortable and the carpet was stained. We got a good rate but would never have stayed at a place like this whatever the price if we had known the truth.

Capitati per caso dopo esser scappati da un hotel prenotato su Booking che sembrava una palude, ma nulla succede a caso. Siamo stati accolti in tarda serata di venerdì 30 agosto e andati via il 3 settembre. Staff cordiale, camere pulite, posizione fantastica, colazione super, parcheggio interno custodito. Che dire, quando torneremo a Rimini di sicuro non avremo bisogno di cercare altro.

Era proprio quello che cercavamo: a Marina Centro e vicinissimo alla spiaggia. Un hotel pulito e confortevole, ad un prezzo imbattibile. Ottimo il sistema di aria condizionata, leggero di notte e che non punta sui letti. Un plauso a tutto il personale perchè sono sempre stati gentilissimi e sempre disponibili.

Posizione strategica, a 10 minuti a piedi dalla stazione, a pochi passi dalla spiaggia e vicino a ristoranti e negozi. Camere spaziose e pulite, con servizi adeguati alla categoria. Personale molto gentile e sempre disponibile. Consigliato soprattutto per le famiglie.

Posto pessimo, servizio di accoglienza pessimo, stanza con aria condizionata guasta ed acqua che cola dalla parte inferiore del rubinetto la struttura non ha voluto cambiare la stanza nonostante la disponibilità di altre stanze libere. Televisione piccola collegata ad un decoder analogico. Testata del letto di legno sporca. Stanza rumorosa sé si devono tenere le finestre aperte perché l’aria condizionata non funziona. Colazione di bassa qualità cornetti immangiabili, caffe pessimo. Non c’è una sedia se un solo pouf di stoffa lercio. Non c’è disponibilità di frigorifero o mini bar. Assolutamente la peggiore stanza nella quale sia mai stato. L’albergo non dovrebbe avere solo due stelle.

Sono dei ladri ci hanno rubato i soldi e non li hanno voluti restituire. Siamo entrati in questo se si può chiamare Hotel, una puzza terrificante. Ci fanno pagare subito tutto il soggiorno perché ci dicono che è la loro politica senza fatturare. Quando entriamo in camera troviamo : sporco, letto con lenzuola bucate, bagno in condizioni pietose , pavimento come se qualche animale ci avesse fatto la pipì . Quando dopo nemmeno 5 minuti scendiamo per spiegare che non era il caso non c’erano le norme igieniche per stare in quell’hotel per due notti , si rifiutano di risarcirci, anzi pensando di intimorici chiamano la polizia che ci dà ragione. Davanti a loro assicurano che verremo rimborsati per iban ma ci hanno bloccati le chiamate e non hanno risposto alle e-mail .Per fortuna che ho registrato tutto e sto procedendo per vie legali. Oltre a rubarci i soldi ci hanno anche rovinato il week end.
