Super Hotel, super Lage! Sehr, sehr freundliches und zuvorkommendes Personal an der Rezeption. Mein Zimmer war im 8. Stock und die Aussicht war grandios. Das Frühstücksbuffet einfach TOLL! Tolle Auswahl, man muss sich schon sehr genau überlegen, was man sich gönnt, um nicht völlig über die Stränge zu schlagen. Vielen Dank!

Das zentrale Hotel entlang der A13. Ideal für einen Ausflug nach Delft, Den Haag oder Rotterdam. Wir verblieben hier 3 Nächte auf der 7. Etage. Fantastisch schön eingerichtetes Zimmer mit allem, was Sie brauchen. Ein großes Badezimmer, ein schönes Bett, ein Kühlschrank und eine Espresso-Maschine. Kaffeebecher sind unbegrenzt bei der Rezeption abzuholen. Das Personal bei der Rezeption war besonders freundlich. Das habe ich in anderen Teilen selten erlebt.Wir fühlten uns sofort zu Hause und hatten einen schönen Aufenthalt. Hier kommen wir sicher wieder zurück. Super und die 5 Sternen sind sicherlich wert.

Diese 5tägige Reise war ein Geschenk für meinen Mann zu seinem runden Geburtstag. Das Ambiente beim Frühstück und auch im Innenhof war wunderschön, aber auf all unseren vielen Reisen hatten wir KEIN SO SCHLECHTES Zimmer. Obwohl 2 große Fenster im Raum sind, lässt sich keins davon in den ganzen 4 Tagen öffnen, und wir können nachts vor abgestandener Luft kaum schlafen. Das soll der Komfort eines 4-Sterne Hotels sein? Auch die Auflagen der sehr weichen Betten rutschen bei jeder Bewegung auseinander und man hat sofort die bekannte ”Besucherritze”, auch nicht gerade schön, wenn man als Paar mal Zeit hat. Unser Zimmer 24 lag direkt zur Seitenstraße, wo morgens ab 7:30 Uhr die Karren übers Pflaster rattern. Wie gesagt, so stilvoll der Frühstücksraum und angenehm das Frühstück war, so schlecht war unser Zimmer, für das ich mich ” sls großes Geschenk” dann fast geschämt habe. Bei der Anreise baten wir gleichfalls darum , den teilweise herabhängenden Vorhang zu reparieren. Auch das war nach 3 Tagen noch immer nicht passiert. Abschließend , falls es für jemanden wichtig ist, das Fernsehen hat 3 deutsche Kanäle.

Es ist gut und komfortabel. Es passt für zwei Personen. Das Gesamt ist sauber.

It took me a while to write this review since I was afraid of my personal safety. Nevertheless, I have finally decided to share this information with other travelers. This incident happened during a weekday night when I decided to do a walk-in at the Ibis hotel in Den Haag after a long trip. I was already aware of some bad reviews from other travelers indicating ”naughty” staff. Nonetheless, I decided to give it a go. I entered the hotel and mentioned the hotel clerk that I wanted to book a room. His attitude was rough indicating me that he did not have any rooms left. For my bad luck, my phone was out of battery so I decided to seat in one of the tables in the lobby to quickly charge it to look for a hotel somewhere else. While I was charging my phone, the clerk approached me and shouted at me that I had to leave the hotel. I explained him that I wanted to charge my phone to look for other hotels in the area and I wouldn't take much time. He continued shouting at me that I had to leave, when suddenly he grabbed my bag and literally threw it to the street. At this moment I was petrified since I never imagined something like this was happening. Then, he pushed me violently out of the hotel. Luckily I managed to take a picture of this guy. The guy has a tattoo on his right arm and rather than a hotel clerk, he thinks he is a MMA fighter or part of gang. I really don't know how the manager of this hotel can have person like this with such level of anger dealing with customers. My review by no means intend to advice other travelers to visit or not this hotel. I believe the facilities of this hotel are quite nice but what I can say is that I'm not entering this place again until they take strong actions towards improving the quality of their staff. I hope this guy doesn't get fired because of this review but if the hotel really wants to keep him, the hotel should consider send him to an anger management course. I don't know if this guy is always like this or just had a bad night and he took it on me. Nonetheless, I think no one should suffered what this guy did to me under any circumstance.

Ein wirklich sauberes Hotel mit hervorragendem Frühstück und sehr freundlichen und Mitarbeitern. Ich kann nur empfehlen den Parkplatz (in der WTC Garage) mit zu buchen, da die Parkgebühren in ganz Den Haag und auch Scheveningen wirklich sehr hoch sind (zwischen 0,90 und 1,40 EUR für 15 min). Als einziger negativer Punkt, war leider der Matratzentopper zu groß für das Bett und stand rechts und links ca. 15 - 20 cm über.

Unterwegs nach Den Haag haben wir auf unterschiedlichen Portalen nach einen Hotel gesucht und fanden das Hilton passend. Leider, bekamen wir in den Portalen unterschiedliche Preise. Daher entschieden wir uns direkt bei der Ankunft im Hotel nachzufragen. Der Preis im Hotel lag weit über dem von den online Anbieter. Ich habe auch das Personal darauf hingewiesen. Sie meinte nur frech, dass heute ein Event im Haus ist und… somit entschied ich zurück zum Auto zu gehen und bat meine Frau, dass dann online zu buchen und danach einzuchecken. Plötzlich waren dann alle externen Buchungen nicht mehr möglich weil dass Hotel diese geblockt hatte. Das Geld wurde dennoch schön abgebucht und bis heute gab es noch keine Rückbuchung, obwohl wir da nicht übernachtet hatten und uns für diese Frechheit für ein anderes Hotel entschieden hatten. Danke für den guten Start der Reise.

Das Grandhotel Amrath Kurhaus in Scheveningen hat eine super Lage direkt an der Strandpromenade. Wir sind immer wieder gerne im Hotel. Heute möchte ich aber besonders den Service beim Check-In von Herrn Nediem loben, der ein von mir selbstverschuldetetes Buchungsproblem kulant und professionell gelöst hat.

After stay at the Copenhagen CityHub I thought why not give this Rotterdam one a go as my experience before was great. Well firstly my god it was noisy, I had requested a quiet pod in the hotel as I'm a very light sleeper (even with earplugs in and pillow overhead lol) . So I was placed near the toilets/showers.... Ding ding ding alarms should have been going off then as the amount of banging those toilets/showers doors and the thumping of the people who sounded like they was thumping past all the pods (request a top pod in future). With ear plugs I was woken up early by other pod users who didn't have a care about anybody else who would have even been asleep as long as the could have a chat in the hall ways as loud as possible. So if you are going out and getting drunk this hotel is perfect for you but if you are on a sightseeing trip and wanting a early night we'll best of luck with that. None of my USB chargers were working in my pod but luckily I had brought a plug with more than 1 socket on it for charging. You get what you pay here and for a single person it's the cheapest option in the city. Lockers are huge and fitted my large suitcase in very easily. Staff very helpful as usual especially the American guy. Would I stay again, I'm afraid I wouldn't at this one as far too noisy for me. Maybe big groups shouldn't be all put on same floor and then they can meet in area downstairs and chat as loud as possible as they want at any time that suits them.

A large hotel, conveniently situated close to the station, and also the centre of Leiden. Very friendly and helpful staff. The room was clean and pleasant, and the bed comfortable. At a very reasonable price too! I would certainly stay here again if I return to lovely Leiden. Definitely Recommended.
