The staff are very nice and helpful, the shuttle and the breakfast are also good. The location is around 10 mins walk to Skytrain ( I think this is the only reason, I am not used to it ) especially when I go back at night time. Otherwise it is a nice hotel and there are few restaurants around and easy access to the Famous spots Night Market in summer.

When we arrived there was an power outage in that area. Luckily that was resolved in the end. We were allowed to store out luggages with them before our check in. The room was clean and nice. I would only recommend this hotel is there is a flight to catch and the hotel offers a 24 hr shuttle. The driver was helpful. Otherwise, not much within Richmond to explore, I would prefer to stay in downtown. Hotel was a distance from train station.

The location is convenient, next to Costco and Foody nearby, just 10-15 mins walk to skyline station. The room quite spacious and overall is clean and tidy. The breakfast is normal and there is a mini store at the lobby that you can buy medicine, snacks and drinks.

Good breakfast. The room looks ok but there was bad smell out of bathroom made me hard to sleep well. The bath tub is not cleaned and seemed old enough to use.

Very convenient and very near to the airport

連續兩天大床房，後發現時間不夠，又加訂了一天，但訂的時候沒留意，房型定錯了，前台小哥幫忙統一了房型，避免我們再換房，很不錯

温哥華罕見下大雪，租了車從機場出來，幾分鐘就到酒店，中午12:00不到就讓我入住了。車停酒店專屬的地下車庫，電梯直上房間，安全温馨。外面大雪紛飛，房間温暖如春。如果想住機場附近，非常推薦。

酒店有免費大巴，大巴同時接送2個holiday inn 的住客，要注意地址，酒店很方便，對面是Costco，還有很多中餐館，提供自助早餐。

房間挺乾淨，牙刷等洗漱用品個人自備，酒店不提供拖鞋，屋裡沒有熱水壺，有咖啡機，開水大堂有。西式早餐，每天一樣。

離機場開車10分鐘多點，早餐高峯期間可能需要等候桌子。停車停室內停車場需要10加幣。房間有點小，但能睡就行。

（一）地理位置：適合在温哥華轉機的情況，離機場非常近，酒店有免費班車。在機場如果等不到班車，等車地點旁邊有電話，可以打電話催一下。我們口語不行，就讓機場門口的服務人員幫我們打了電話。離天車站不遠，走路10分鐘，可以坐天車到温哥華市區和本拿比等地方。 （二）服務設施：符合酒店品牌。1）室內空調聲音比較大，所以我們開一會就關了。好在室內並不冷。2）底樓有熱水，也可以免費租個電熱水壺。3）底樓有免費咖啡。4）房間不大，但也不擁擠。 （三）衞生條件：乾淨。 （四）早餐：每天的早餐品種幾乎不變，略有遺憾。都是西式早餐：雞蛋、香腸、燻肉、燕麥粥、麪包、酸奶、牛奶、果汁、香蕉和蘋果等。 （五）周圍：有一個costco超市就在酒店對面，但是要有會員卡才能進去。酒店西邊、離酒店400米遠有個華人大超市，可以去逛逛。超市旁邊有漢堡王和肯德基。 （六）午餐晚餐：我們在酒店斜對面的港式餐廳用餐，口味正宗。旁邊還有個上海菜，生意很好，要排隊，就沒去。總體來説，在外面吃飯要有思想準備，價格大概是國內的3到4倍。
