Executive Hotel Vancouver Airport Bewertungen

Auf meinem Zwischenstopp von Vancouver nach Toronto habe ich hier übernachtet. Das Zimmer war sauber, die Nachbarn nett, und der kostenlose Shuttle-Service zum und vom Flughafen war super.

Schlechte Rezeption, die Kaution wurde doppelt abgebucht, sehr laut. Ich würde dieses Hotel nicht empfehlen.

Unser Zimmer war total verstaubt, und der Bus, mit dem wir fahren sollten, ist einfach an uns vorbeigefahren. Wir mussten dann noch eine Stunde auf den nächsten Bus warten. Ich werde nie wieder in dieses Hotel gehen!

Der Shuttle-Service war ein Buchungsargument für dieses Hotel. Es gab jedoch keine weiteren Annehmlichkeiten oder Hinweise darauf, wie man welche nutzen kann. Ich musste spät abends noch schnell Zahnpasta besorgen.

The hotel felt quite old and, in my opinion, needs renovation. The male staff at the reception were not very helpful and came across as somewhat unfriendly, unlike the female staff. At check-in, the receptionist wrote the room number on a piece of paper, but because the marker was poor quality, the number got smudged and disappeared, so I had to go back. Overall, compared to the price, it was better than Airbnb, but it did not meet the expectations of a hotel.

They took the effort to make my stay one to remember. Definitely will be back. Thank you for providing a welcoming environment and excellent customer service!

They have shuttle from airport to hotel but only run to 10.45 pm which is not for some international flights arrived after 10 pm.

Arriving late in the evening from the airport, after travelling nearly 24 hours, it was nice to have an overnight stay in a room that was clean, comfortable, and spacious. The staff, from the shuttle bus driver to the front desk, were all friendly and helpful.

Hairs on the toilet and bath tub. Stains and scuffs all over the walls. Skids and loose strings on the carpet. The coffee maker and mugs have not been thoroughly cleaned. This is one of the least well-kept rooms I've stayed in. I would recommend choosing somewhere else. It's a rare time I might opt not to shower, so as not to feel dirtier afterwards.

Overall good service, clean. Slight delay at check in due to room not ready at 3pm, but did not have to wait too long. Extended check out time was easy to accommodate.

Great hotel very accommodating when my mom was in a wheelchair chair they upgraded into a bigger room for her mobility device which is appreciated. Overall For price. Location and customer service …highly recommend ….

My honest experience at the Executive Hotel. Wasn’t a pleasant experience, for the price it’s charging, the place is super old and interior is outdated. A few things that threw me off right away, the room was super dark even with all the lights on, the toilet was tiny, I’m not a big person but could barely fit. The exhaust fan wasn’t working. There was no slippers or anything provided other than towels and cups, no bottle water. The bed was really noisy and short, I’m not a tall or big person, 5’9” 130lb. And my feet was hanging out of the bed. And the fridge was extremely noisy and it kicked in every 5 mins. Lastly, upstairs was super noisy as well, you can hear them walking, talking and I couldn’t sleep well that night. Overall, I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to any of my friends and family. The only thing that was good was the location near the airport. Other than that, there was no reason to stay here again.

Hotel was okay, clean and quiet but definitely not nice. Kind of felt like a dingy basement. Also they told me parking was $15 a night, I was over charged and they didn’t email me a bill after check out. Alittle sketchy and odd?
