Don't come for leisure.

Really good customer service. The hotel accommodated my special request and also let me check in early. I always stayed at this hotel when I went to Richmond. It is so close to shopping area and good food.

The location is second to none. Staff are helpful and friendly. Just the hotel is a bit dated but it won't be a big problem for a short stay.

A prime location if you want to stay near the airport, there’s complimentary shuttle service as well. The interior decor may now be a bit outdated.

All staff and service is good, location good, beside have shopping mall.

Better have a Microwave oven

Location is very convenient, has a few malls close by. Washroom has a stinky smell everyday. They are not very clean. Some used glasses/ cups outside another room's door was still there for 2 days. Receptionists at night time don't even speak proper English so it's not very professional. But for convenience its fine.

The location is great at skytrain station, however because of this there may be some noise during the night. Shuttle bus working to the airport properly with frequent schedule. Overall good.

I was picked by the shuttle and taken to the wrong branch and it took more than an hour before I was taken o he right place.

The room is not what I expected. We booked a penthouse suite and I’m expecting a bigger room. But it is conveniently located near several malls. Dining isn’t a problem since there are so many restaurants to choose from within the proximity of the hotel. The hotel provided a free shuttle service to the hotel just make sure to book it with the reception desk earlier. And it takes 10-15 minutes drive to YVR airport.

Nice airport hotel at a convenient location. Looks line it has been recently refurbished. This is our second stay at this hotel. Yaohan department store, Aberdeen Mall and another are a stones throw away. Food courts at malls have a good selection of Chinese cuisine at reasonable prices. Formal chinese restaurant in the same building complex as the hotel. There are also many standalone restaurants around the hotel.

Th location is great if you are there for Asian food. There are lots of restaurants around the area. Service is good. Staffs are polite. The only reason I didn’t give a five star rating for service is because I had to tell the front tax twice to remove the parking charge. The room is clean. There was a piece of garbage on the floor but not a big deal.

The hotel was comfortable and spacious. The room was clean and the heater worked well. However the TV didn’t work (unsure if it was a problem with the remote or the TV itself). When I arrived to the hotel, it was about 7pm, and there was nobody to help me bring my luggages to my room. Overall the trip was pleasant and I had a good stay.
