The hotel was nice and relaxing. I had a 1 bedroom suite overlooking the river. The hotel is set back a bit from the river, so you get a view of parking lot in addition to river. But it was still relaxing to see. You can see folks walking the trail by the river, which is neat. Next door is Porter's BBQ, which is delicious. The room was spacious. The breakfast buffet was awesome. The buffet staff was super friendly and helpful. The buffet even had a breakfast taco bar in addition to the usual breakfast buffet items. Would love to stay again.

Ich habe vor kurzem hier geblieben und hatte die Freude, mit Dominica, der Front-Desk-Concierge zu interagieren. Von dem Moment, als ich ankam, war sie freundlich, effizient und sicher, dass mein Aufenthalt so komfortabel wie möglich war. Am Weihnachtstag ging Dominica oben und weiter, um sicherzustellen, dass mein Team und ich einen erinnerebaren Urlaub hatten. Sie half uns mit allen Anfragen, die wir hatten, und ihre glückliche und professionelle Demo machte uns zu Hause und willkommen. Ich kann Dominica nicht empfehlen. Sie hat unseren Aufenthalt wirklich speziell gemacht, und ich werde sicherlich in Zukunft aufgrund ihres hervorragenden Kundenservices wieder ins Hotel. Danke, Dominica, für alles, was Sie getan haben, um unseren Aufenthalt so angenehm zu machen!

Wir haben diesen Aufenthalt bei einer Charity Auktion gewonnen und beschlossen, es für unseren Geburtstag zu verwenden. Unsere Kontaktperson ist überrückt, um unseren Zeitplan und Erlösung zu befriedigen. Bobbi am Frontdesk war freundlich und hilfsbereit und machte gute Empfehlungen. Wir liebten die Nähe zu großen Restaurants und die Aussicht auf unseren Balkon. Die Getränke in der Bar waren gut, aber die Bar-Atmosphäre fehlt. Sie haben auch zuerst gekommen, zuerst bedienen Fahrradverleih und einen zugänglichen Fahrradweg. Unser Zimmer hatte sogar einen Gasfeuerplatz, so super besondere!

A very nice place to stay. A somewhat newer hotel which is being maintained well. Front desk staff very friendly. Mark was excellent during check-in. Amber, the manager, was great to talk to, and definitely customer oriented. Breakfast was very good. A variety of breakfast sandwiches, ham/cheese omelets, yogurt, juices, etc. And of course, waffles with a large variety of toppings. Right now I'm craving another one with chocolate chips!!! Great breakfast selection for me. However, my wife must be gluten free, so limited choice for her. Amber mentioned for future visits to call ahead and she enjoys helping out for these kinds of needs. Rooms were clean and well maintained. Sufficient power and usb outlets - excellent as many hotels are lacking in this area. Kitchen area was very good with sink, several appliances, including dishwasher, although we didn't make use of those items since we weren't in the room much at all. Was stocked with dishes, glasses, etc. So definitely excellent for those wanting to eat more in the room. Bathroom was good size and everything in good working condition. Much better than some where you can hardly turn around in them. Didn't use the indoor pool or exercise facilities, but looked to be pretty good overall. Much better than some I've experienced. We have family that moved into the area a year ago. Have stayed at the Hampton Inn Richland a few times and liked it, but decided to give this Home2 Suites a try. Scenery definitely better at Hampton Richland, especially if you have a room facing the Columbia river, but the Home2 Suites is closer to where we need to be and we liked it. And we are rarely at the hotel room except to sleep, so the view isn't as important to us. A few nit-picky things... Bed is probably getting near time to replace, but was reasonable. Walls a bit thin, so did have fair bit of noise from outside the room, but we have a noise maker to sleep by at night, so not an issue. Both are good choices and probably will stay at Home2 again because of our good experience and proximity. Thanks to the friendly staff, hotel upkeep, breakfast offerings, and overall experience, we had a pleasant stay.
