"I was booked in from 12th May 2026, and it was disappointing that an organization whose core business is hospitality failed to ensure a back-up system is in place for the supply of clean running water. There was running water the first night and morning thereafter there was no water for 2 more days and nights and until I left on 15th May 2026. I was given 5L of water in a bucket for bathing and flushing the toilet."

Das Haus ist sehr gediegen möbliert und von Frühstücksraum aus sieht man in den schönen Garten und darüber hinaus auf den See von Richards Bay. Ein grosses Plus ist, dass man auch Lunch und Dinner im Haus bekommen kann. Das Frühstück ist reichlich und sehr gut. Sehr hervorheben will ich das äusserst freundlich Personal, speziell Angelika. Es war die ausserordentlichste Verabschiedung , die wir während unserer 5 Wochen-Reise in Südafrika bekommen"

I bought voucher which included a night stay, massages, welcome drinks, buffet, rose petals etc. The spa was amazing but no welcome drinks, we didn't get the buffet we had to order and adding more money while the voucher included the buffet and definitely no rose petals. We were so disappointed I don't wanna lie. That was the day I ended buying these vouchers from their (Mowana Spa) it's just a waste of money. When you get there you don't get everything that's included in the voucher"

Das Zimmer war sehr sauber, geräumig und mit allem ausgestattet was wir brauchten. Als wir am Sonntagabend im Restaurant essen wollten, wurde uns mitgeteilt, dass es sonntags und montags abends geschlossen hat. Leider war das nicht angeschrieben."
