we came as a family in August 2024 and stayed at the hotel for 5 nights. I must say that we had a wonderful experience at the hotel. The hotel is perfectly situated a stone throw away from the center of Chamonix, the rooms were very spacious and comfortable with a very nice terrace with great alpine views. But above all I must say that the service at the hotel was one of the best we ever had in any hotel in the world. The staff were super friendly and helpfull above and beyond and always with a warm smile and a wonderful attitutude toward anything we needed or asked for, including aprking the car for us at the garrage. The staff and service is exceptional and I would recommend this hotel for anyone travelling to Chamonix.

The staff at Le Labrador Hotel were friendly and accommodating, always ready to assist with any inquiries or requests. While the room was modest in size, it provided all the basic necessities needed for a comfortable stay. Clean and well-maintained, it served as a peaceful retreat after a day of outdoor exploration. Ein schönes ruhiges Hotel mit sehr praktischem Parkplatz. Aber ein paar Negativpunkte: Das Bett machte Geräusche, als wir zurückkehrten, fanden wir Haare, die nicht unseres. Das Badezimmer wäre modernisiert, die Toilette zum Beispiel und dann eine Dusche wäre praktischer als das Badezimmer. Essen richtig, aber ohne mehr. Aber das sehr empfangbare Personal Coté Pflege ist nichts zu sagen. Alle Redner sind sehr sympathisch und professionell. Bravo ihnen. Im Gegensatz zu Planung war es nicht Top, es gab sogar vergessen ... und für uns eine nicht schreckliche Verteilung

Trotz der sehr kurzfristigen Buchung hat alles sehr gut geklappt. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend und hat sogar spontan auch kleine Extrawünsche erfüllt. Top, weiter so! Leider war es nicht so einfach zu finden, sodass wir leider fälschlich wieder auf die Autobahn gefahren sind und wieder zurückmussten und 2x unnötig Maut zahlen mussten. Die Ausschilderung könnte besser sein. Wir würden aber wieder dort buchen. Ein kleines Manko - einige im Service sprechen nur Französisch, kein Englisch oder andere Sprache.
