The front desk team delivered outstanding service. When our airport driver was running late, they promptly assisted us in getting in touch with him and even offered to arrange an alternative driver to ensure we wouldn’t miss our flight. Their attentiveness and proactive support were greatly appreciated. One area that could be improved is the air quality in the gym. There was a noticeable plastic odor, possibly from new equipment, and better ventilation would make the space more comfortable.

It is really a good hotel, with a good location, 1 minute walk to Bus Station 1.

Amazing location. Cute park right out front, and a leisurely 10 minute stroll to Rainbow street and the church. Many food options nearby.

Beautiful hotel and excellent location (I had a view of the main square and parliament building). The staff was very helpful, professional and friendly. Food in the restaurant was superb with selected dishes from the local cuisine. The Spa design has taken inspiration from Icelandic nature in both colours, materials and textures, and is a fantastic addition to the experience with thermal pool, steam room, sauna, cold mist/rain and cosy relaxation areas.  Would highly recommend choosing this hotel when visiting Reykjavik, or using it as a base when exploring further around.

Highly recommend this hotel. Friendly, professional staff. Prime location in central Reykjavik. Rooms are comfortable and well appointed.

Very convenient location at a quiet corner of downtown Reykjavik, super helpful and friendly staff

The location of the hotel is great, right in the city centre. The bed in the room was large 1.3m wide unlike other hotels which are only a metre wide. The service at the front desk was also quite good. The only drawback is that the spa centre closes too early, at 19:30, unlike other hotels that open late.

Excellent location, short walks to local bars and restaurants. The rooms well lovely and comfortable. I would stay here again.

No really worth for money, no service at all. don’t recommend to any travellers with car.

Location is great..3mins walk to bus stop for your and lots of restaurants nearby. Hotel is super new.
