Really loud to try to sleep and rest. I felt like we were in a Hostile. Bare minimal rooms. The next day while trying to leave the parking garage we were blocked in while they were doing maintenance. They posted it at the parking garage but we were already parked and settled in. Feel like the front desk should have alerted each room with a message. Held up our day !

先説一下好的，酒店地理位置很好，出門就是BUS 9號，距離教堂很近，走路五六分鐘就可以到達熱鬧的中心地點！ 接下來説一下不好的，酒店和奶茶店公用一個大堂，因為我是凌晨兩點入住，沒有服務人員接待，直接對講機開門告訴樓層入住，第二天又很早出門參團，所以沒有看到任何服務人員，下午參團介紹回到酒店，我推酒店的門沒推開，前台示意我走另一個也就是奶茶店的門，我回到房間放下背包就出門去超市，回來的時候我也是走的奶茶店的門，然後我就聽到奶茶店的員工小聲的罵我有毛病，我質問她，她惱羞成怒，一直罵我有病説我走奶茶店的門，我已經和她説了是前台讓我走的，她還一直罵！非常沒素質！無緣無故被罵很讓人生氣，我已經反應給攜程還有酒店服務人員！攜程做出來合理的補償，酒店一直到我離開都沒用任何説法！

房間乾淨整潔 地理位置非常方便 華人老闆及老闆娘人很好很友善 超nice的幫我解決了問題！ 性價比非常高的酒店 一個人住很舒適

I stayed two nights here, I was buzzed in on arrival and checked in, this was the only time I saw a staff member in the two days, though the room was cleaned after the first night. The room was very basic with a decent shower but it is centrally located. The bed was pretty uncomfortable - the spring mattress has seen better days. Parking is on street paid - I'd recommend parking around the corner in P2 as it's significantly cheaper than P1 outside the hotel. There is also free parking available in the residential area a couple of hundred meters further away.

Got a very small room on the street. Room was pretty cold and noisy. Extremely small, just enough for a small bed, table and shower. I did not get cold throughout the night, comforter was enough, but street was noisy. The shower worked well. You need to buzz a person if you arrive late but it worked well, they had my room and key ready. I was also able to store my luggages the next day, you just need to find a staff on duty (i communicated by email and it worked well). On the downside , there is really no lobby per se. No comfortable way to wait at the hotel. Just a table and chair. There is a boba tea place there where you could wait as a customer I suppose. On the positive side, great location close to center, staff is helpful and #9 bus stop is meters away.

The hotel room here was a good size with a comfortable bed. The bathroom was a decent size with the shower having no walls so the whole room got wet. You have to ring the bell and buzz for the front desk to check you in. There is no staff on duty. The staff are courteous and helpful when you get ahold of them, but you must buzz them when you need them. The hotel is about a 10 minute walk from the big church . Parking is in a lot about a half a block down which can be not available. There is no free parking except on late Sunday night

Very disappointed. Very loud throughout the night with alarm sounds inside and street noises through the windows. Small bathroom floods and does not have proper linens and toiletries. Hard bed with too-small pillows and blankets. Check in is without the help of real people and instead through a call box which is difficult to hear due to street noise. Location is close to many restaurants and bars but is not ideal.

This place ******. Room was dirty, small, bedding was too small for bed, room key system was very inconvenient and repeatedly set off alarms. You walk through a restaurant to get to your room. Parking was difficult. Shower didn’t drain. Extremely disappointing and do no recommend.

To say "Average" is being generous. In order to enter you must climb 3 steep and narrow steps. You must also have a key card in order to enter. As stated in other reviews there is no one available at front desk 95% of the time. There is a small tea shop in the lobby with instructions not to disturb as they have no connection to hotel. Upon arrival could not enter, no answer at telephone number provided on sign outside. The room is very small, the bathroom floor floods when showering. The pillows were flat and awful. Thank goodness there was a nice hotel across the street to eat breakfast. The bus stop for excursions was nearby.

I stayed here for 4D3N and loved the location! It’s right on the main shopping street, Laugavegur. All major attractions in the city are just minutes away by foot, and there's a designated tour bus pick-up and drop-off point just across the road, making it incredibly convenient. The room was basic but clean and comfortable, and the staff was very responsive and helpful. There's a lift in the hotel, so no need to lug my luggage up and down the stairs—yay! Overall, as a budget-conscious traveller, I found the 100 Iceland Hotel to be great value for money and truly enjoyed my stay here.

Fairly basic room and bathroom. The bathroom was particularly a little rough around the edges, but perfectly nice on the whole, as well as being relatively cheap. It’s in a perfect location to allow you to get out and explore Reykjavik. We arrived on a Sunday morning and managed to get free street parking easily just around the corner. Wouldn’t say no to another stay should we find ourselves in the city again!

Great location, excellent service. For Aussies a kettle or coffee machine is available for a small charge. Excellent location, surrounded by great cafes and restaurants. Easy walk to everything. Hotel has an elevator!

Nice basic hotel close to the ocean, restaurants, shops, bus stop, walk to city center. Room was very basic, but clean. We arrived early and they were able to check us in early, which was great! They have shampoo, soap, and a kettle with cups, bring your own tea. Downstairs was the most delicious bubble tea place that my son loved. The room was warm. The street was noisy which is what you would expect staying in the city. The area felt very safe.
