"The first room was shown to me, on the second floor, which was a very strange smell, when it came into the room, a terrible smell of fish was worse, and the official was impecable and immediately moved from the room. However, during the night I felt cold and I had no cover in the room and since the hotel has no service 24h/24h, it was quite unpleasant. Rooms without any isolation, people listen to the side, air conditioning on the side, impossible to sleep! It is not the first time I am here for professional reasons and at breakfast the same thing is always happening: cold drinks or empty containers when someone should be careful of this. I have already had a room turned to a chicken, with a noise of course uncomfortable, and staff are quite sympathetic, but that is not enough to be comfortable in the middle of noise, smell and weak conditions. We are not talking about a hotel 5*, but there must be a minimum, because the value does not correspond to a hotel of only 2*"
