"The location is great. It is near the night market and pub street. A lot of good restaurants are just a few minutes walk away. The service is great. The receptionists, restaurant crew, and cleaning/maintenance personnel are well-trained and welcoming. I love the hospitality offered by their lovely staff. 👍🏽👍🏽👍🏽 They offer welcoming drinks and fruits as well as afternoon tea with fruit juices, fresh fruits, and other snacks. The hotel is eco-friendly and very relaxing. They offer tuk-tuk services and tours. This way, you are sure that you are in good hands. They also offer free tree planting. They provided a tuk-tuk ride from The Urban to their other hotel The Nature. There, we were guided by Joseph, as we plant our Golden Shower plant, Angki. He was so nice and very accommodating. Overall, we had a nice and amazing stay with The Urban. *I love their Mango Sticky Rice ❤️ -Room 33"

"Beautiful hotel. Staff was very friendly. They forgot we booked two rooms when we arrived but 10 mins later the issue was resolved. Welcome drink and hospitality was nice especially after a full say of traveling. The food was really good the one night we had dinner there. The bed is a bit firm. I didn’t mind but my friend did. Beautiful views from the room. No tv in the rooms tho lol I personally like to fall asleep to a little tv but truly no big deal. The gym however, was the definition of basic. Very minimal equipment but it’s better than nothing."

"Das Xiao Fünf-Sterne-Hotel ist komplett ausgestattet, nur das Zimmer mit schlechtem WLAN, das Frühstück ist reichhaltig, der Stadtverkehr ist bequem, das Xiao ist ein kulturelles Dorf und ein großes Rasenrad, aber es dauert mehr als zehn Minuten, um zu gehen, gibt es ein gutes Restaurant."

"Mit seinem Mann kamen Sie aus dem Ming Moon Hotel und ließen Sie eine Nacht verblieben. Die Aufenthaltszeit sollte um zwei Uhr nachmittags sein, aber die Rezeption ist sehr gut, dass wir uns sofort aufhalten und uns die Wahl zwischen den beiden oben und unten geben. Außerdem habe ich das Zimmer im oberen Stock ausgewählt. Obwohl die Nähe der Schule ein wenig schwach ist, ist das Zimmer groß und die Landschaft schön. Das Zimmer ist sehr lustig und hat keinen Schalen. Das nächste Frühstück ist auch sehr lecker. Der Rückzug und das Auto zum Flughafen senden, ist das Auto nicht Tutu Auto!"

"Sehr hilfsbereites und zuvorkommendes Personal, sprechen Sie gerne mit Jackie an der Rezeption über die kambodschanische Gesellschaft - nicht nur über Touristenkram! Das einzige, was mir nicht gefallen hat, war die Lage (obwohl ich das wusste, als ich buchte, aber davon ausging, dass ich meine ganze Zeit in Angkor Wat verbringen würde). Wahrscheinlich besser, für Restaurants usw. näher an der Stadt zu sein, aber am Hotel selbst kann ich nichts auszusetzen haben."

"If you are a fan of camping/ glamping, this the Jungloo room type is definitely a very satisfying option for your stay in Siem Reap. It is spacious and relaxing. The room is surprisingly clean and pest free, the air-conditioner functions very well that the indoor temperature keeps cool even during at noon, the hottest period of the day. Staffs are super responsive to the guests and I don't need to wait for long time for any requests made. Free ear plug for sleep is provided by the hotel but luckily there is no rain at night during my 5-day stay, we don't have a chance to use them and we slept quite well every night."

"Das Hotel war wirklich schön und ruhig. Das Personal war wunderschön und nach einem kleinen Verspätungsaustritt aus dem Flughafen war es eine Freude, von Srun, der super freundlich war, zu holen. Er nahm uns zu gehen und SIM-Karten in der Stadt zu bekommen, die uns viel Mühe retteten. Das Hotel ist sehr gut ausgestattet und bietet Ihnen eine gute Unterkunft. Das Zimmer war sehr groß und das Bett war komfortabel. Ich würde sicher noch einmal dort bleiben!"

"Der Hotelservice ist ziemlich gut, die Einstellung des Kellners ist sehr gut, die Einrichtungen sind gut und die Aufteilung ist ästhetisch ansprechend. Im öffentlichen Bereich gibt es nicht viele Frühstücksvarianten, aber Sie können es à la carte bestellen und es ist im Frühstückspreis enthalten. Gebratener Reis und Hühnerreis sind beide ziemlich gut. Der Nachteil ist, dass es sehr kompakt ist und das Wasser im Schwimmbad etwas salzig ist."

"Sehr gepflegtes Hotel, es stimmte einfach alles, vielen Dank. Das Personal an der Rezeption war immer freundlich und kompetent. Die Zimmerpflege sehr gut. Das Frühstück ist sehr vielseitig, sehr gut und in angenehmer A**osphäre. Wir haben abends meistens im Restaurant gegessen. Die Küche passte uns sehr. Das Schwimmbad ist sehr gepflegt, wir genossen dieses Angebot jeden Tag. Wir sahen vor, fünf Tage zu bleiben, wir haben jedoch um drei Tage verlängert, weil einfach alles stimmte. Die Region um Angkor Wat ist auch spannend."

"A beautiful hotel well deserving of its 5-star rating. Check in was quick and a cold towel and fruit tea were served. Beautiful pool (though it can get crowded), and extremely huge room with a great view of the property. The bathroom was gigantic - the tub could easily a few people in it. Note that in order to control the AC, you have to bring the remote close to the central control (near the door). Breakfast had a wide selection of food with an egg station and was extremely delicious. I had dinner twice at the restaurant, and each time the food did not disappointment. The pool bar has happy hour promotions from 6-7pm, although it closes by 8pm. The best asset about this place would be their guest-facing staff. Always smiling, greeting, and remembering every single guest by name. Everyone spoke very good English and always showed interest in guests, anticipating their needs. They also packed breakfast for guests going on the Angkor Wat sunrise tour. Special shoutout to Andy and Jenny for taking care of me so well. My only critique would be that housekeeping could have been a bit more meticulous."
