The home is located in a private complex that provides a pool with lounge chairs and a hot tub that is exclusive to residents and guests. A dozen of noteworthy restaurants, bars, and cafes can also be found in the surrounding area. House rules Smoking is never allowed inside, on the balconies, or in the common area. Parties or events of any kind are not allowed. Pets are not allowed. No loud playing music on the balconies and in the apartment. Do not move or rearrange the furniture. No hanging items on the balcony railing (towels, bathing suit, etc.) Report any breakage or damage immediately to the rental manager Keep the balcony and entrance doors closed when the HVAC is being used.
