Ich konnte nicht bleiben, da ich dringend einen PCR-Test brauchte und nach Mailand zurückkehren musste. Trotz der dringenden Notwendigkeit eines PCR-Tests Konnte nicht storniert werden.

Great staff, clean hotel, nice breakfast.

酒店離着雷焦艾米莉亞av火車站三站路以內，乾淨服務好，早餐很豐富。坐9路車直達。 周圍吃飯也方便，有家很好的中餐。 離着超市商場都很近，很方便

衞生整潔，周邊餐館也多，挺方便的。早餐略簡單

Ottima struttura vicino alla stazione alta velocità Pulito e ottima colazione. Ritornerò di sicuro.

Un 4 stelle senza frigo bar in camera e con servizio bar h24 inesistente! Sintesi: Rientrate da un concerto e rimaste senza acqua una notte intera perché l’addetto alla reception dormiva.

We stayed at the Holiday Inn in Reggio Emilia for 3 nights and had an excellent stay. The representatives at the front desk were absolutely the best. Very friendly and helpful. They assisted with items at the hotel, had great local suggestions for food & travel, engaged in conversation each day, and went above & beyond to make our stay as comfortable & convenient as possible. You can tell that they truly care. In addition, the hotel itself was very welcoming and well maintained. Had a spacious & bright lobby, and a nice variety for free breakfast & coffee. Our room was clean, the shower was great, and the bed & pillows very comfortable. Overall, this was a fantastic hotel. Would definitely stay again and recommend to others.

Had a one night stay here on business. On-site parking was availabe with plenty of spaces for the capacity of the hotel. Check-in was OK, had a short wait as there was only one member of staff checking people in and it was just after the working day so there was a number of people queing when I arrived. All hotel features/ammenities were explained during the check in process. Room was a standard Holiday Inn room with a large bed, small working area and large bathroom. I'm unsure if it was just my room or if all rooms had disabled access/support facilities around the room (such as low handrails etc). One issue was there was a single light in the bathroom that wouldn't turn off - unsure if this is a safety feature but with the door being part glass, it meant there was always an element of light in the room, even when trying to sleep. The walls/door also didn't offer very good soundproofing so I could hear everything going on in the corridor and surrounding rooms which meant that I didn't have a great nights sleep. The Wi-Fi was suitable for streaming, however I didn't test any business features but I would assume it would work well enough for those too. Overall an OK stay for one night - however I would have likely looked to move if I was in the area longer due to the lack of sound-proofing.

Nice staff, but the internet is unusable. We were first assigned a room on the first floor. Upon entering we realized that it is a smoking room. We asked for another room and got assigned to a room on the 4th floor this time. It is an old build that has been refurbished. It is fine for a one night stay. The main issue is that the internet is not usable in the room. The coffee machine was broken at breakfast. The great staff attitude more than made up for the lack for the broken coffee machine. But I have to deduct some points for internet being unusable. Parking is free.

L’hotel si trova in posizione decentrata vicino al casello autostradale. Punta sul semplice: struttura generale, parti comuni e camere razionali, pulite e senza fronzoli. Riesce però ad essere accogliente per soggiornarvi una o due notti al massimo. Il personale è abbastanza cortese. A disposizione un parcheggio privato gratuito. Non presente il mini bar in camera, ma é possibile acquistare generi di conforto alimentare e bibite alla reception.

Ci siamo fermati una notte per interrompere un viaggio piuttosto lungo…. Conosciamo gli holiday inn e quindi eravamo preparati Accoglienza normale e rapida Stanza piccola per tre persone … comunque pulita e bagno ok Unico neo : aria condizionata difficilmente regolabile ( o troppo freddo , o il contrario , con bocchettone vicino letti Un problema per poter dormire bene .. Colazione mediocre

Pernottamento per lavoro: posizione comoda a ridosso dell’A14. Camere sufficientemente spaziose, arredamento un po’ datato. Buono per soggiorni brevi, un po’ sacrificato per periodi più lunghi. Una menzione particolare però per la colazione, salato e dolce, ben assortita ed abbondante

Non ho mai provato cuscini così morbidi, stanza spaziosissima con divano letto al pari come comodità di un letto matrimoniale, bagno spazioso dotato di tutti i comfort indispensabili ( dispenser doccia/ shampoo, sgabello, ripiani portaoggetti, carta igienica ed asciugamani di scorta), personale efficiente e cortese. Colazione ricca e sempre ben rifornita, anche se una amante della frutta fresca avrebbe desiderato un pò più varietà rispetto a mela ed ana nas. Neppure in villeggiatura mi sono sentito così coccolato!
